I don't see why I should n't have my money in Arizona - Solomon Islands - Kuala Lumpur. The socialist government spend them in Swiss holidays. Re.politicians our ms Valavanis, finance minister, withdrew her 250,000 euros one hour before the announcement of Greek capital controls last July, making use of the advance information available to her. Later she said "she did it for her mother" ... Still later she resigned from the left wing government party and joined another smaller left wing party who advocate return to the drachma (= stricter capital controls, conversion of all bank accounts to "new drachma" accounts !). The regime's state tv comedian mr. Lazopoulos who slanders and vilifies all who disagree with the left, exported 3 mil euros. He said it's for his performances abroad (?). We are still waiting from Albert Hall-Carnegee Hall to confirm they have indeed charged him with that amount.

Toryism is bad. But if you look at it carefullly it's always the follow up catastrophe after the first catastrophe that can happen in anyone's country. The first catastrophe is socialism.

Some notable absences to blame. The defense was weak -for as long as the swans could carry the ball upfront. Pato did not shine.

He is only 25. No injury like that of Falcao. I don't believe he will stay forever out of form. Never seen that happening before with a player, going out just like that.

Yeah but what you say is "we have pepper - we put on the lettuces". Nobody said there should n't be taxes or even big taxes when it is necessary. The economic problems facing the modern world are those related to totalitarian practices: - communism - fascist racist policies - fascist streamlining policies - monopolism So you see mass exodus of people from the poor countries. They 'd be always inclined to live in the prosperous western countries, but not mass exodus.

Manolas is a joke. Propped up by Greek media because he used to play for state sponsored team Olympiakos Piraeus. Against Roma the silly tv speaker kept saying "look how Manolas has nailed Ronaldo" but Roma lost 2-0. In one instance Ronaldo has the ball and Manolas is infront of him but 1-2 meters away. So Ronaldo tries the pass to the right winger. But the right winger he was expecting was missing and the ball goes to a Romano player. But the speaker goes on "great, Manolas has stolen Ronaldo's identity tonight". What a load ... We will be losing 7-0 to L'pool with him and become bald men before our time.

The Panama money compared to a national budget is enough to buy a tri-li-li whistle for Halloween. People are made to eat raw corn by the journalists. Nobody writes about the poor guy who was arrested in Crete for selling lenten Monday kites without VAT ! Or the old woman who was selling candles outside a church and was taken to prison and she was a cancer patient as well. Those two and others were the victims of the neo-marxist "clean up Rome" campaign of mr Tsipras's Greek government. So what utter bsht. What I know is when Panama etc was a tax haven and nobody cared about it, the little poor men were not being chased by squad cars in the streets ! As things stand it is not that they don't want to pay VAT. But for the registrations etc, it costs 5-10 thousand euro a year. Then how is one going to make up this sum from a few kites he sells sell to the kids during the bank holiday ? This is what the left has in store for everybody and you think they are after Messi-Ronaldo-Cameron (they will do this another day ...). Myself I had to go to two banks to sign declarations to the effect that I 'm allowing the state authorities to peruse into all my belongings. I had to do this, so the signature was a formality. In fact they said sign so the bank can continue offering services to you. That was in 2012. I said to the clerk "obviously they are after those big black boxes with hidden treasures we hear of, are n't they ?". To this he said "no my dear sir, they are after even the smallest sum of money - the manner in which it reached your account is the criterion". Those are the new junta laws. But while the governments of 2012-13-14 did indeed make use of those new draconian laws only to catch the big time offenders, the marxists now in power have turned themselves loose against even the legless street beggars. Social justice left wing style. Good morning big brother.

I did n't watch the Real match but I did turn off the tv when when Wolfsburg played against the Belgian team in the previous round. PSG's performance was comical. Utter morass.

There was one Italian success story this year (Ranieri). Lat's hope he can make it. I don't agree with Cuadrado come back. His amazing resurrection with Juve does not guarantee he can do it here. More likely than not, he is not suited by the premier,

It's a shame we are so low in the table. I don't see anyone who is really better. Spurs are good (for a Spurs team), Leicester are popular but they play catenazio from the deepest days of catenazio. Anyway after Spurs it's the chaos, and we connot even make it to the Europa league. What a rotten season.

If big bang theory is correct, as seems to be the case, why is our big bang the only one ? In science it is forbidden to ask the question. It is like you in a car entering a town. You are in a suburb and you see a yellow bus. What kind of bus is it you don't see. Is it therefore that the town uses yellow buses for its transport system and there are 500-1000 of those ? Or is it a bus that belongs to a factory for use by the workers and therefore it's the one and only ? You don't have sufficient information, you can't say. Fact is that we can't see another big bang object if there is one. If we actually do then it means that its proper motion has a vector component pointing straight towards us. That means inversion of the Doppler effect and we burn. If therefore other big bangs exist they are likely to be spaced several mega-googol-plex of light years away.

God functions as a Poincaret probability engine. You 're here infront of a machine capable of instantly communicating with Caracas Venezuela and Honolulu further out.. If an ancient Roman soldier were to see this, what would he think ? So God's presence is fairly obvious, if not by 100%. It's the God of peace of course, not the God of the crackpot loonies.

I agree about health care because we are all vulnerable to diseases. But I have reservations. Some people complain about a 20 euro ticket to enter the hospital that was introduced one time. I said to them if you become sick and it costs you only 20 quid to get treated then we live in socialist paradise ! If you fight every day and they treat you for nose bleed, then pay the 20. Free education is good to have but it is also by and large a fraud. We have free education. Back in my school days I used to attend tutorial classes at the British council, for the GCE. That was normal for me because how else could I prepare for the GCE ? But every night when I returned home my school teacher of Physics was in the same bus - he was teaching in tutorial schools in the same neighbourhood as the British Council, for Greek university entry exams ! So those school pupils who wanted to enter those exams had to pay the tutorial schools and it was the same teacher as well ! So the free school was a fraud or was n't it ? Those who did not attend the special tutorial classes had no chance. But those who did not attend were not the poor ones. It was mainly the sons of shop keepers and other trades like that who were to carry on in the family business and did not care about higher education. So schools with logical cost is the solution. Not schools for millionaires and not so called free schools that are useless. Btw the Greek universities -just like the ones of Uk- were not of course prepared to lower their standards, to reflect the mediocrity of the state run middle schools. The entry exam was -and is- a slaughterhouse !

The American political terminology is different from ours. In Greece a liberal is being chased by the reds with hammers and sickles all over the place. In America a liberal is a "communist spy". In UK is more or less like Greece but the libs are not the same as tories.

These things happen unfotrunately. As I am a fan of war stories in youtube, in 1944 the British allies bombed the hell out of the city of Piraeus. They wanted to get the German depots but the RAF bombs hit the town as well and killed many civilians. That happened in July 1944 and the German occupiers were keen to jump on the opportunity and desctibe it as a war crime. But only a few days later the SS move into the Piraeus suburb of Kokkinia, round up all the male citizens and shoot them (the bloco of Kokkinia). What can you do about it ? I believe that force can only be met by force.

I mean crimes resulting in the loss of human life. We have n't seen war. Our countries have n't seen war since 1945. The abolition of the death penalty came about in the sixties, in peace time. In the war the nazis were using human shields, after Normandy every day they were doing that. They also employed spies and saboteurs. How do you expect to conduct a war ?

It can. After the Greek civil war scores of communists were sentenced to death by the courts. This made them quiet. They were defeated in 1949 in the mountains but their undercover agents carried on for a while. A bomb exploded in the Zonars cafe in Athens killing several people. But the firing squads made them stop it. Those are historical facts. If some of the death sentences were harsh, it does n't change things. It's the way it happened. Effectively the ball is on the other foot.

The target now is most definitely London. In one of their hate websites they published a poll today for the "most popular target", in which London comes first. While they may also strike elsewhere if the find some gaping holes in the defense, their primary target is now the UK. With the coming EU referendum the ISIS are most eager to tilt the balance in favour of the "no" vote. It's what they want, the dissolution of the EU and isolationism in Europe - this will make things easy for them in the middle East, Africa, their centre of operations. The "no" supporters should not be offended by this. If they feel offended, then they may also feel offended when told that some 10% of their strength comes from the BNP-communists-trotskyites, as is the known fact. The islamic terror is similar to the red terror of the 80s, if not exactly identical in genre. The ideologies are somewhat different. The relative strengths of those two are also different. The islamic terror confronts us with a real battle, with the red terror it was a war in miniature. In Greece the reds wanted this to happen: Make Greece into a rogue state - or "terror sponsoring state". Then Greece becomes an enemy country for the west, the western powers decide to stay away for good measure, the road to power is opened for them. At the same time the extreme right wing factions in Europe were egging on this type of development, by as much as they could under the prevailing circumstances (those extreme right wing movements wish for the simultaneous death of as many so called "third worlders" as possible - make no mistake). But despite the various acts of terrorism the reds carried out, it appears there was not enough "carburettor spark" to make hammers go. By contrast in the Middle East it was easy, for the groups that were acting there. We had conflagrations every day and those among the Arabs who were against terrorism died the same day. So it's a deja vu situation. Only the magnitude differs. The thing to do here, if we want to be serious about it is this: - First, military action in Syria-Iraq. - Second, death penalty for terrorists. If they have to face the firing squad 50 at a time, 100 at a time it's going to calm them down well and truly.

Yeah, but when we had Raffa he said "it's coals too Newcastle if you win this - no prizes". Once upon a time it was better - because only one team went to champions cup. .

Europa league at the expense of MU-Stoke-S'ton-'pool was always difficult, even with better results. Following the disastrous early part of the season we were closer to Aston Villa than to M. Utd. I find it a silly competition anyways.

I expected us to go down easily yesterday. It's a good thing that a fighting spirit was shown and W. Ham are better this year - close to champions league position.

Costa is trying many times to do a Hazard run. It does n't work - it never worked the entire season. Those video compilers who follow the players can bear me out. His assets are good positioning inside the area and sometimes he runs well with the ball, if someone manages to set him free but not that. He always loses the ball and we lose a good attack. Also fighting with the opponents never works. Sometimes that works for defenders - they intimidate small guys. But not with forwards.

I wonder what changed Cuadrado down in old Italy. And don't write off la Juve just yet against Bayern. Let me see Bayern going through first. This year we 've been through Job's torments. Mou transformed from magician to low life scum. The team transformed from champions to relegation strugglers.

I 'd expect 2 max 3 men at most to come out from a youngsters academy. Even if you force the issue. Sometimes you get lucky. There are four classical names in Greece. Kostas Nestoridis, Georgios Sideris, Mimis Domazos, Mimis Papaioannou. From those, Nestoridis was already a national team player when bought by one of the three championship teams in 1958. Giorgos Sideris was something of a name in a lower division. Mimis Domazos played with kids in his neighbourhood in a parking lot. Mimis Papaioannou was a young sheep shepherd in the mountains ! As a team manager you don't know when luck will strike your door. Recently the Greek-Albanian Sotirios Ninis was touted to be the new world class player of Greece. Nothing. A trip to Italy, he saw Rome, then faded.
