He was quoting a post of mine that was from a discussion. That's normally a conversation between two-three people in question. That's why I posted what I did. He's free to post what he likes, which doesn't involve quoting me and jumping to his own conclusion. It's called something.... AN OPINION.
There were obvious moments in yesterday's match where pulling the trigger was probably the best option. It's a clear judgement to pass.I'm not saying he should become Schurrle #2.
You didn't say now, but I got what you meant afterwards. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but people are too hasty to pass judgement. That's normally the issue of concern. In regards to the EL, I've always thought it's a decent competition. Only people in England take it as a joke, but the rest of Europe know it's vital to do well for their coefficient.
My comment wasn't against the team, but the level of competition (EL). Fiorentina have been in the CL in recent times, and their current form could lead them to qualification. The last bit could be true, but we won't know either way till next season at the earliest.
On loan is fine, but he is at least CL quality. I never said he is starter quality for Barca, Bayern, RM, but he is compared to Willian. Until the moment we get a WC RWF, he'll always be a better option (for me anyway).
He is far from the the full article, but to say he is EL level player is an insult. Also, I'm referring to this season. He hasn't had a run of 2-3 consecutive games.
Schurrle had more shots on goal than goals for starters. He has supposedly transformed since he moved to Fiorentina, but that isn't the case. Regular playing time has been the key for him since his move, and that's obvious. His ability has never been in question for people who have watched him throughout his career, but by people who watch him for 20 mins and form an unjust opinion. Finally, how can you be "ready" when you hardly play?
