Matic was a beast tonight, and props to Willian as well. He finally delivered when we needed him. Loved seeing Costa as the twelfth man behind our bench.

I hope he doesn't get a ban, but we all know the FA.

We've been OK, but haven't tested Howard enough. We need to stop trying to cross it from the wings, as we aren't going to score from that method with Remy upfront.

Great to see Juan start his first game. Looks like Willian will be given the chance to supposedly shine in the AMF position. We should be LETHAL on the counter.

Half of that list I don't agree with, but each to their own. This is only his second CL campaign, so give him time. In regards to him drifting out, that happens to most. The thing that makes them WC is if they can deliver a moment of magic; he can.

Not sure which CM's you rate higher than him, but I agree with the fee argument. £45m is the max we should pay, if we go after him.

Most people praise him on his overall performances. He's scored 6 goals in 19, which is decent for a CM. I'm not sure if you watch him on a consistent basis, but I do. People need to remember that not only is he probably among the best three CM in the World (IMO), but he would count as HQ as well. There is no one around that is HQ and anywhere near as good as him.

Or Utd. Whoever wants him more.

For starters, the video has since been removed, so I can't dissect it and give my impressions. He is CM who can produce moments of magic on a regular basis, which is rare in modern football. I personally think he would be an ideal partner for Matic in the center of midfield, but only at the right price (£45m max).

It means a lot less clubs will be after him, and could result in him staying.
