  1. No excuses now. Let's win our games in hand, and wrap the title up.
  2. Should have been a pen, but who cares. Burnley!!
  3. As I said previously, there's no embarrassment on my part. I don't think some of his, the board or whoever's moves have/will work out. There's nothing wrong, incorrect, funny or embarrassing about that. I get what you are saying that a team is build for the whole haul (I agree), but some players aren't going to fit in or deliver on a consistent basis.I'm not sure how on earth some people interpret my posts, but it all comes down to personal opinion and preference. Me, myself and I think along those lines. There's nothing outlandish about my current stance, other than some thinking there's a right or wrong point for this discussion. P.S. I still have faith in Mourinho leading us to glory for many years to come.
  4. I personally think we could get him for around the £25m mark at max. Could for someone like him in this market.
  5. I think he should be going for Calhanoglu. He ticks quite a few boxes, and would be available for a reasonable price.
  6. Nope. I was talking about the other 95% of games.
  7. He would have been a great signing pre-WC, but he hasn't been the same player since.
  8. No embarrassment whatsoever. I stick to my point. I'm not seeking agreement, but making my opinion know. There's nothing funny at all, but I guess that says more about you than anything else.Enjoy life with your rose tinted glasses on.
  9. Thank goodness. I can stop wasting my time with a brick wall that has yet to saying anything worthwhile.Go along with pundits when they praise, but ridicule them when they are negative. Pick a bloody side!
  10. This is a forum not a business. If it's £40-50m, my point still stands. It was money that wasn't well spent IMO. I'm not sure what you refer to as a big signing, but a RWF costing £30m that does bugger all in attack isn't "perfect". Having said that, he is still a great manager that is the difference.Everyone makes mistakes in life, but the positives have to outweigh the negatives. That isn't the case ATM. Looks like I'll have to reiterate it yet again (getting tired of it), it's my opinion. No opinion is factual, so there's no need to reply.
  11. Nope. He has say in the matter is what I'm was getting at. He won't sit back and get player he doesn't want nowadays.
  12. It's called an estimate. Heard of that word? You aren't worth my time.
  13. Get rid of Thibo as we bought him before Jose was even here. The bottom is better, but it's a shame 3 in that list will never get a chance by the look of things, and Willian isn't worth discussing. I think my point is clear. Mourinho's negative deals outweigh his positive ones. I'll leave it at that.
  14. Juan will never replace Willian, Luis will never replace Azpi and Iva. That's £50m that could have been better spent. My reply to the last bit of nonsense - [emoji42]
  15. I've said several times, my opinion has NOTHING to do with fees. Please read!Fees come down to the board. They should be congratulated.
  16. Juan, De Bruyne sale, Willian (£30m), Luis, etc. If your gonna try and analyse, do it properly. [emoji106] P.S. Salah stuff is getting old. Change the record.
  17. Nope. I'm sad about the shit show I have to watch ever week on the right wing.
  18. I said all transfer activity.
  19. Since when has Utd become the judging pole?
  20. in theory, he bought WC players that should have done better than they have, but it hasn't worked out. At the end of the day, Chelsea's dealings is all I'm worried about.
  21. I made a post, and you quoted it. This is no debate. I'm not dismissing any transfers to suit my "argument", but I'm basing my opinion on numbers. Look at my previous post.
  22. Good to see there is some sense in this forum. I don't think his dealings have been awful, but I think his bad (not great) moves outweigh his positive ones in numbers. I think quite a few people like to jump the gun, and forget to think before they post.
  23. I don't do anything of that stuff. Some people have sense. The same manager that let him go for Willian #2. Not great business. For anyone else thinking of quoting me, Cesc and Costa were obvious buys. Compare all his transfer activity since he came back, and tell me have more worked out or failed? This has nothing to do with making profit. That's mainly down to the board.
