That might be the case, but loans should then be cancelled in Jan should a certain percentage not be met. That looks like the likely outcome for Bamford in Jan for example. The number of players that return after having great loan spells is minimal IMO. The last one can't even get on the field for Napoli (his time in the Championship should be taken with a gain of salt). Bertrand is the only one that should have stayed put and fought for his place, as it was clear to see he could have made the LB position his own. KDB and Lukaku just didn't work out; the former was let go way too soon.

Moses at Liverpool, Bamford at Palace, Boga at Rennes, Omeruo, Marin at Sevilla and Fiorentina, etc. We have a habit of loan players out and they hardly play. We should demand they play a certain percentage of games if fit (It can be done before people try and question it) before agreeing to any deals.Their playing opportunities when returning is a completely different discussion.
