That might be the case now, but he should have been higher up our CB list back in 2012/3. Players aren't going to develop much going here, there & anywhere.
I meant in the meantime. England's current position in the top four (currently 4, only a bit behind Germany) should see us save for quite a while, but a noteable performance from the NT at some point soon wouldn't harm.
Has his flaws, but he offers a completely different dynamic to our midfield. I personally see him becoming our Pirlo with Kante & a summer buy doing his running for him should he stay.
Hope Conte doesn't keep persisting on using two DMF's in games like this. Swansea are on a decent run, but there should be no other outcome than a home win.
