We are 1 1/2 games into the season and I already think we won't retain the league! Constant bickering, faking fouls, blaming medical staff, Mourinho being public enemy number 1 (already was anyway), squad too similar from last season, and lack of creativity up front! Not won any of our last SEVEN matches within 90 minutes! We started last season like we were untouchable! This season we haven't got a fucking clue! On course for 1 point out of 6 in 2 games! "If it's not blue, it will probably stay NOT blue" at this rate! Dispicable and embarrassing! NOTE: I sound negative because I'm angry.. not because they are my actual beliefs!

We are an embarrassment!!

You know there's one specific thing about Arsenal supporters that I hate.. They say so much shit about Giroud being a shit player for them.. how he "never seems to do anything", and yet it's always him that seems to get on the scoresheet every week for them! That would be like if I said, "Falcao is fucking useless, he never gets in the right areas, his finishing is worse than Torres", yet amongst all of that he somehow gets a hat-trick every week! SMH

This would probably be my team against City.. Begovic Ivanovic (hmm) -- Terry -- Cahill -- Azpilicueta French Hulk -- Matic Willian -- Fabregas -- Hazard Costa Fabregas would be on the bench if Oscar didn't have the supposed "injury" that he has, otherwise, Oscar would be where fabregas is. Ivanovic supposedly "still" at RB for now, because even though we've agreed a fee with Augsberg for Rahman, he still hasn't signed.. otherwise if it were up to me, Azpi would move to right back, and I'd play Rahman at LB, leaving Ivanovic on the bench because it's where he deserves to be at the moment!

Jose stormed out in 2007 because of a similar charade! According to Wikipedia: "Mourinho unexpectedly left Chelsea on 20 September 2007 "by mutual consent," although there had been a series of disagreements with owner Roman Abramovich.[5] The Chelsea board held an emergency meeting and decided it was time to part with their manager." I'm feeling deja vu right now!

Shocking lack of depth and what can we play in big games?

What's even more amazing, is that these two assumptions are positive for the club. Both of them would closely be following Financial Fair Play, we'd have a wide array of home grown talent, and there would be no cause for concern. There's too much money involved for clubs to even nurture talent anymore.. everyone just wants to spend big on top quality. I'm a little cautious because this little charade we've put ourselves in, what with the lack of signings, silly little squabbles with club doctors causing them to be demoted from matches, and bad results.. this is similar to what caused Mourinho to leave us last time. Back then, there were disagreements with team selection before matches, and both Jose and Roman were in constant disagreement on which players to sign. Surely this is not going to happen again! Jose's just signed a 4-year-deal so how can it? We'd have to pay out a few millions to even consider it! Mark Lawrenson in the "predictions" page on the BBC website said this about Mourinho: "He is the best manager in the Premier League but when he has a bad day, he has a really bad day - and it is never his fault." -

I agree with you.. Remy is underestimated way too much here! I always came to the agreement with myself that he was a super-sub.. he scores every time he comes on! -
This whole jip between Mourinho and Carneiro needs to be resolved, otherwise this is going to drag on and on, creating nothing but negativity around the club, and it's going to affect our form! What's really annoying, is that squabbles like this is something that could have easily been avoided had Jose kept his mouth shut!

We will be linked with Stones until Deadline Day and United will step in and snag him!
-
It's Ryan Bertrand all over again!

If Eva is dismissed entirely from the club I want Mourinho sacked!!!
-
Eva, no matter what happens, we'll still love you... All this bad stuff happening to her breaks my heart!
-
Augsberg say they want Marko Marin as part of the Baba deal!

£14m eh? Not too shabby! Is there going to be confirmation of this today?? On the Chelsea website??

Ivanovic CAN play at centre back.. I've seen him play there before, he played like a warrior there against Spartak Moscow in the 4-1 Champions League win at the bridge in 2010-11 and even scored TWO in that game! That was my initial expectation of him when Avram Grant signed him in 2008, but I think Carvalho and Terry already had the CB places rooted at that time, and in order for Ivanovic to get games, he was pushed over to Right Back... seemingly did a good job there in the early days up until now... over that time it's almost certain he's turned out better as a right back than he is a centre back. People seem to forget the above, that he is capable of such a trait.. the fact that he is hardly ever used at CB is why that seems to be the case!
-
It's hard to think how the the team would perform without Ivanovic in the side given that he's a regular starter, but when Ivanovic himself starts to fuck up, you do have a cause for concern at Right Back! Do you go for a different approach and change up the "ever reliable" defence from last season (NOTE: can lead to gambles being made that may or may not be costly), or do you bite the bullet, stick with Ivanovic and hope his form improves?
-
Put him in at left back, Azpilicueta moves to Right Back.. suddenly you have Ivanovic having to work for his place! That's an ideal situation. Whether Mourinho agrees with me or not depends...
-
Are we going to get a confirmation of this from Sky Sports News? Because I'm not believing any tweets unless they announce it!

Okay, I'm going to take this opportunity to speak up here.. I only wrote briefly as a response to Alex in the "John Stones" thread, but here I go... First of all. The 2-2 draw with Swansea.. if that is not the biggest wake-up call for us I don't know what is. I read an article just now from the Daily Mail of all places, and before anyone decides to strike me down for reading from such a "rotten" source, the article I was reading is actually right on of a lot things. For example, it explained that we as a club are "falling backwards" by not recruiting new players, while everyone around us are improving. It doesn't take logic to work that out.. Jose's certainly worked that out for himself otherwise he wouldn't have looked pissed off on the touchline.. even the smaller clubs pose a threat to us now because they've vastly improved their squads, and in doing so, they offer a different philosophy.. and with a few clubs appointing new managers, that's a clear sign of that. Our squad looks too similar from last season, and if any club had learned anything from that, it would be to make drastic changes in order to match the strength we have. We've literally done nothing... absolutely NOTHING! What exactly have we done in the transfer market? Let's see: Sell Petr Cech, a player who has vastly strengthened Arsenal (not right now), and "replaced" him with Stoke's Asmir Begovic (like for like it has to be said.. not really an improvement).Falcao on loan from Monaco, whom I wasn't remotely a fan of us signing in the beginning, following his year at United. He's a big name don't get me wrong, but I've seen this happen too many times before.. in that we sign a player for big money (Sheva, Torres), hoping that he will set the stage alight, only to see them fall flat on their face. Thankfully, the Falcao deal is only a loan, but even that we've had to spend some money on, I think. I've seen ourselves linked with a lot of players... Varane, Rudiger, Rahman, Stones, Witsel, Aranguiz.. any name available that could help us keep ticking over as a club, yet no deals have been made. Why? Because Mourinho seems confident in himself that because our team won the league last season, we can get away with a couple of replacements if people leave, make a bit more profit where possible, and keep playing the game we're so used to. Sorry Jose, it doesn't work like that. Sometimes even the bigger clubs need to offer different strategies. If you go into each season with the exact same approach, while others already have the changes necessary to have learned from it, they're going to walk all over you. To sum all of the above up! We don't offer anything new in terms of squad depth.. the fact that we have not won ANY of our last 6 matches within 90 minutes shows that.. while all of that has been going on, other clubs have spent money on strengthening their squads for the new season, while we've just stood there and watched... Mourinho seems to think because we're worthy of winning the league, there's no need for drastic change!! We're fucked if we don't do something now! We have a month left, DO SOMETHING WITH IT JOSE!!
-
We better do.. and I really hope Mourinho sees the 2-2 draw with Swansea as a wake-up call, making him think "oh yeah, maybe I should go out and sign someone", because all the other teams around us have upgraded. Even the smaller teams have, clubs have better players, teams like Swansea have gotten stronger by investing, as we've already witnessed! Only problem, is that teams like Everton and Augsberg demand too much money for players like Stones (keeping under topic) and Rahman respectively.. suddenly Jose turns around and says, "oh yeah uhh, we don't need to sign anyone, we've already got a good squad". That's what worries me! Our team won the league last season, but in terms of squad depth, we don't offer anything new! Teams around us have bought and improved while we've just stood there and watched!

Sorry that happened to you man! I just hate Arsenal because they are smug, stubborn, cocky bastards! And I just love it when they talk such shit at the start of the season, saying they'll dominate Europe, and the Premier League, and yet they never do! They always end up finishing 3rd/4th.. ..when their fans bicker with each other it's even more priceless!
-
Sorry girls aren't cute to me if they have a red shirt on!
-
Why isn't ANY of the above in the "We Hate Arsenal" Thread!?
-
Apparently, Ty got really pissed off with some Arsenal fans after the 2-0 to West Ham! Any chance of the video!! I need some entertainment this evening!
