I think we just need more quality from the right. Willian hasn't got that end product, Shurrle can't make a simple pass or driblle and Ivanovic is a center back. Fix the right side, more players will then be pulled to the right to make space on the left.

I can believe Rues because his contract is running out and let's be honest people have been talking for years on how big teams want him and how he can move to a bigger club. The problem is if Bayern or Madrid are interested it will be pretty damn hard to beat them to him. I say if we go for him we need to striaght away in Jan.

But agree with others, Willian is super important, if you don't realise that you don't watch our games properly, he adds energy, ball retention, support and his runs up the pitch are brilliant, if Willian left (which he wouldn't, Jose loves him and so do we) then Ramires would have to play more. Although I don't see why we need Hazard or Rues when we could just use Mikel in a second striker role.

As a kid myself I have to just say that from my view, there is a problem with a personal. The people I play with reguarly are good but are weak mentally, have no guts or are just full of themselves and don't work hard, there's not really a real mix of good things in young people who play football around here. Also most of the coaches are the usual; horrible hair, teeth, dress style, normally overweight and know nothing about football but will just tell you to 'try your best' and be brave. Most coaches are still suck in the olden days of heaping it up the pitch to the biggest guy in the team and hitting it randomly and hoping it goes in.

Also if Luis plays and Azpi moves to RB like a lot of us want it will look like a good deal.

Cesc has been off the pace in most big games. The game seems too fast for him in a deep position. But I think that's because he can't sit back and defend, he has to press, he has done it for Barcelona and won everything, so why should he believe it is the way to go by sitting back? He should be played further up where he can press.

Kind of hard to get English players into the team when they all suck. I think England teams will be going through a stage now with a lot of foreign players, because most of the golden age of English has gone (Owen, Beckham, Shearer, Hargreaves) or they are past their prime like Cole, Cole, Lamps, Rio ect.. so there is bound to be less English players in the bigger teams if the big teams want to compete with others in Europe. The thing is though, a lot of English clubs are now following other countries values and are putting effort into youth and young players, now we have youngsters coming through and being played reguarly like Chambers, Wilshere, Barkley, Studger and Sterling ect. So I doubt this will be a problem in the future, although I find it hard to see any of our English players or youngsters breaking into the future of this team at the moment.
