  7. this is a game where we need to get the game over and with as soon as possible. by the first 25 minutes chelsea doesn't have a 2 - 0 lead. it's going to be one of those nights. this is a game chelsea needs to improve our goal difference and try win 6 - 0 or 7 - 0. This is The Game that Diego Costa needs to score at least 3 to 4 goals to try and get that golden boot. because chelsea needs to win the premier league having a way better GD than Spurs FC of North London White.

  17. man city players look more physically and mentally fatigued and their defence is a lot easier to play against than crystal palace. also depending on Hazard and Costa fitness we will win 3 - 1.

  21. what I can't understand about footballers is they have enough money in their bank account yet, somehow they are not happy at a club and want to leave so badly yet, all they have to do is hand in a contract termination contract and leave straight away and become a free agent. Then Sanchez can play for Chelsea and then enjoy the last remaining matches in The Premier League.
  22. REVEALED: Why Brexit could hurt Chelsea more than any other club The government will trigger Article 50 today BYDAVID DUBAS-FISHER 10:27, 29 MAR 2017 http://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/news/revealed-brexit-could-hurt-chelsea-12812812 The United Kingdom's exit from the EU could impact Chelsea more than any other Premier League club. Almost three quarters of the appearances made by the club’s players and more than three quarters of the goals that they have scored have been by players either from the EU or with an EU second nationality. The government will trigger Article 50 today and formally begin the process of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union. With EU nationals’ rights to continue to live and work in the UK yet to be agreed, football.london have taken a look to see which clubs could be most affected by a “hard Brexit.” EU nationals have made a total of 222 Premier League appearances for Chelsea so far this season, more than for any other club. A further 73 have been made by players who are from outside of the EU but have dual nationality from an EU country, such as David Luiz who is a Portuguese citizen as well as being Brazilian. That works out at 273 appearances by players whose status could be impacted by a hard Brexit - almost three quarters (74%) of all Chelsea league appearances this season. No other Premier League club has given a larger share of its total appearances to EU players. It will come as no surprise then that a larger percentage of Chelsea’s goals have been scored by EU players than at any other club. As many as 45 of the 58 league goals scored by Chelsea players this season (78%) have been scored by players either from the EU or with dual EU nationality. Manchester City are one of the next most impacted clubs. As many as 59% of their appearances have been made by players either from the EU or with EU dual nationality such as Sergio Aguero (Spanish). That’s the second highest percentage in the division. They’re followed by West Ham (57%), Arsenal (54%) and Middlesbrough (53%). In terms of goals, Boro are the second most affected team in the league after Chelsea. As many as 74% of the league goals that their players have scored this season have been by EU nationals. EU nationals have scored 71% of Manchester United’s league goals, 62% of Manchester City’s and 61% of Swansea’s. Players from the Republic of Ireland have not been counted as EU nationals for this analysis as their status in the UK is protected by laws older than the EU. Club: % appearances by EU nationals Chelsea: 74% Man City: 59% West Ham: 57% Arsenal: 54% Middlesbrough: 53% Man United: 51% Liverpool: 50% Watford: 50% Tottenham: 49% Swansea: 47% Sunderland: 40% Southampton: 36% Leicester: 33% Stoke: 29% Everton: 25% Crystal Palace: 24% West Brom: 21% Bournemouth: 10% Burnley: 5% Hull: 5% OVERALL: 38%
  23. Chelsea star Kante slammed by Leboeuf: He is timid and not a leader by BeSoccer @besoccer_com - Friday, 24 March 2017 http://www.besoccer.com/new/chelsea-star-kante-slammed-by-leboeuf-he-is-timid-and-not-a-leader Frank Leboeuf feels N'Golo Kante has many qualities, but not those that are required to become a leader for club and country. PLAYER N. Kanté MIDFIELDER news | player detail TEAM Chelsea news | team detail COMPETITION Premier League news | competition detail Chelsea star N'Golo Kante has been criticised by Frank Leboeuf, who feels the midfielder is "timid" and lacks leadership skills. Kante has only started one of France's World Cup qualifiers in this campaign despite his stunning form for Chelsea, which has led to him becoming the hot favourite to be named PFA Player of the Year. The 25-year-old is closing in on winning back-to-back Premier League titles having helped Leicester City to glory last season. But while Leboeuf acknowledges Kante is already good enough to be a crucial part of the team for Chelsea or France, he feels the midfielder is lacking in some key areas. "The lad is vital to Chelsea, but he is not a boss as he is not a good talker," Leboeuf said to RMC. "He is timid and lacks the necessary scope. He is an incredible soldier, and a warrior, but he has neither the personality nor the calibre of a leader. "He is shy and lacks stature. Is he a 'boss' at heart? I don't think so. At Chelsea, in the middle of the stars, he is Mr Essential and Conte counts on him, but he never makes him the boss. "He doesn't have the game of a boss - he is not a Zinedine Zidane figure." Kante is with the France squad ahead of their World Cup qualifying match away to Luxembourg on Saturday and high-profile home friendly against Spain next Tuesday. Leboeuf, who played for Chelsea and Les Bleus in his playing days, added: "He is not even a leader when it comes to technique. He is a lad who will win you the ball back 800,000 times every game. "You can sum him up in one sentence. He is the engine, but not the driver. "He can be the engine of the France team without being their boss. He doesn't yet possess the calibre required." Leboeuf thinks Kante's kind nature could ultimately count against him in the battle for a France starting spot. "He would not be a problem if left on the bench, but maybe if you leave Paul Pogba on the bench there will be problems," said Leboeuf. "But it is down to Didier Deschamps, the national coach. He can do what he wants and is the only one who decides."
