Have to disagree with that. I doubt Roman and the board not did some careful consideration before making any decision for manager appointments. We set the standard so high for any manager, hence we have no problem pay mega bucks for manager release clause or terminating their contract with huge compensation when they couldn't fulfill the job. Yes, not all manager chosen do wonders, but we're certainly not playing with manager appointment, just because 'he is the only one available, let's hire him' factor. I think we're the last club to be considered doing that. Yes, of course Conte's time at Juve come as a consideration to decide his appointment here.

Not really sure about that as our main problem this season. We win double last season with most of the time only JT as a starter along the season too, same as this very season. Some might blame Jose, or some might blame bunch of players who didn't perform well up to their usual level. At the moment, under Guus, I'm beginning to see our so called 'identity' back, if you ask me.
