Read this article please. It's absolutely disgusting, sorry. "The Champions League doesn't NEED Leicester" http://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/mar/04/champions-league-leicester-relevent-sports-charlie-stillitano They want to create a separate competition breaking away from the CL that would allow the biggest teams to compete every year. Chelsea is part of the talks. “What would Manchester United argue: did we create soccer or did Leicester create [it]?” said Stillitano, who met United’s executive vice-chairman, Ed Woodward, on Tuesday. “Let’s call it the money pot created by soccer and the fandom around the world. Who has had more of an integral role, Manchester United or Leicester? It’s a wonderful, wonderful story – but you could see it from Manchester United’s point of view, too.” “This is going to sound arrogant and it’s the furthest thing from it … but suddenly when you see the teams we have this summer in the ICC you are going to shake your head and say, ‘Isn’t that the Champions League?’” Stillitano said. “No, the Champions League is PSV and Ghent.” This is so insulting since PSV actually BEAT MAN UTD TO REACH THE SECOND ROUND. Fuck this fucking shit, if you want to play in the CL, WIN THE FUCKING LEAGUE

That was awesome...

Same here. I just wanted to say it's a very good thing he's already personally scouting him. He needs to be a NT regular in 2 years as far as I'm concerned. Just too talented and versatile, and he could learn from the best there.
-
Wilmots is going to be attending the Betis game tonight. He wants to find out what position Charlie is played and which tasks the manager actually gave him. I hope to see him in the NT squad after Euro 2016... Much better option for the future compared to the likes of Mirallas, Chadli and a bunch of others... None of them are going to be regular starters in the next few years, so might as well integrate Charlie. We're so lucky these days...

Apparently broke Everton's goal scoring record in one PL season. Is this true?
-
This is why I will always like this guy. Did it straight after the final penalty without going to his teammates first.
-
One decent game and the English newspapers change their opinion almost completely. What a mockery.
-
Nice first half all in all. Also, I spotted OG Ronaldo. Still better than that crybaby in Madrid.
-
So, why didn't Baba play for more than half a season? Not ready I guess.
-
The fucking dude didn't fucking say anything and the papers have been going crazy for the last 24 hours. I could be considered a journalist in a way, and I'm disgusted by my own profession. Also HLN is a shit paper, they'll write anything.
-
Would putting him in the centre make him more or less prone to accidents? I'm guessing less, right?
-
Yeah, and he'll win three of them in London, right? ;-)
-
Essentially there would be a bigger chance for him to win some CL cups waiting (as things are now, let's be realistic) and a chance to live in Paris in a city that speaks his language. Essentially there's no difference in playing for PSG in France than it is to play for Bayern in Germany. You'll get yourself a lot of titles unless you completely screw up the season. This said, If he ever leaves; it will be to Madrid.
-
Which world class players that everyone else wants as well will you buy for 40 million each, especially in a season without European Football.
-
He actually was much more effective with the Belgian team this season than he was with Chelsea. Which is a first... Didn't say that he played exceptionally well, but he scored and opened up games, even with his dip in form.
-
The whole team has been awful the whole season. Have you been watching any games? I don't know about Lithuania, but having to watch the Mourinho games this season could be considered torture in some countries.
-
Some people are really too stupid to understand how our media works. Hazard spends a whole article essentially saying nothing at all and being nice to everyone, they take one line out of context and put it in the title: *BAM* HAZARD WANTS TO GO TO PSG!!! Idiots.
-
I wouldn't buy him now. He started the season very well, but the whole team is going through a tough couple of months now. It's a mentality problem and I think they're tired of the manager. Bit of the Mourinho story. Keep in mind, this dude is only 18 and he's in his 3rd first team season. Anderlecht is not Championship level btw, since they qualified i a EL group with Tottenham and Monaco. Anderlecht and Ghent would most likely not relegate in the current PL. They'd be mid to low mid table.
-
Damn, just saw the pictures. Sickening injury, poor guy...
-
Seems like he needed a full 30 minutes to adapt to the La Liga level, got bullied quite a bit in that period, but by the second half his rushes could only be stopped by fouling him, eventually getting someone sent off. Looking at the poor quality of players Betis has, he'll probably start most games and get a year and a half of experience playing some of the world's best teams. He made a very smart move.
-
Someone put his match on a VHS-tape or something and ram it up the ass of whoever was responsible for him not getting a single minute of game time in 2 years. Chelsea wasted two years of his career. I've said it enough.
-
Proud people who want to make their own league great. They don't care about Europe, they want top football right next door.
-
There is absolute poverty in every city in the world. Check your local train station at night, for a start.
-
Also, and then I'll shut up again: poverty is a worldwide problem. It's our responsibility as well. This is obviously coming from someone who thinks nationalism is an idiotic sentiment (well, it's okay during the world cup but that's about it).
-
The British Empire got rich by sucking all the wealth out of half of the rest of the world. Same goes for the Belgians btw. So yeaaaaaaah, poverty might not be a problem here (I don't agree with that statement btw), but we sure helped keeping Africa and half of Asia poor. Also, every PL match gets broadcasted in China, they're crazy about it, they just don't have a decent league.
