    • "squad building" isn't that difficult for him.   Injuries are the real killer, No Rodri, Stones and Ake haven't even played 10 PL games this season.  Just look at the drop off in quality we had when Fofana & James went down with injuries.

    • Hard to get rid of dead wood when they are on high wages for their age and experience. Some here may be finally learning that predicting outcomes with the youth is a lot harder in football than in other sports. Injuries alone can really fuck up their development.
