Your getting fringe players and first team players mixed up, players Bought for the first team go in it, the young lads get loaned out or sold on after a year or so because they were never meant for the first team, that doesn’t make us only a club that after profit, it’s just a way of sustaining it

Yeah, he had a good game. Tosin also had good games before, or Mudryk, or Dewsbery-Hall.. All these players are capable to show something every now and then. City and Fulham are different level opponents. City were tearing us apart in the first half and we desperatedly needed stability at the midfield, which he provided. Against Fulham, we (are supposed to) go for win, we need some creativity from midfielders, I am not sure he can deliver. AS had a good spell under Rosenior, hopefully he can build on him more than Maresca, I am not too sold on him after his first six months.

Maybe they weren’t bought to sell at first, but maybe they were? You cannot have a 50 man squad so it is natural they would have to sell some of these guys they bought, no? And given how frequently we have been buying players since BlueCo have come in, you cannot say that it makes sense to buy another 4 or 5 players every window but they always do. In the same positions. So obviously some are bought with Strasburg in mind or loaning out or flipping for profit? No? Naming like 3 of the 40 odd players we have signed under BlueCo means nothing (Cucurella one of the first buys when they weren’t going with the co sporting directors direction as they weren’t in place). There is clearly more than enough evidence that they have sold players, that they’ve signed maybe 6-12 months earlier. Whether its intentional or not, it has happened. Countless times.

Similar can still be very different, he likes a high press (similar) he also likes to attack quickly and not fuck about with the ball (different) those players you name are probably more suited to play fast attacking football than pass the parcel like we have being doing, at Strasberg he played 3 ATB but he only did that because he couldn’t play 4 ATB with the players he had, which shows another difference he will adapt the team and formation for what’s best for the team, not what he thinks is the best way to play
