You seriously need to sign some players.

You have an average rating of 4, which is pretty poor.. considering even league 2 sides have an average rating of 6. It's a miracle you've managed to keep a level 4 team in the championship tbh. Credit where credits due.

Advice taken. Three players are transfer listed, one sacked to free up some room. (It should be noted that this was a level 4 team consistently challenging for promotion).

Does any one have a fair idea on development value?

My 18 year old centre half is 4 rated with a 15 development value is that good?

Also whats the minimum development value a young player should have if we are looking to make them a star?

I might be wrong, but I think that value isn't fixed. If you give a certain individual playing time and they perform decent, their development value increases. And, if it's over 10 by season end, they get a skill boost for next season. So try to get all your young guys to atleast 10 dev. value.

Get in Madrid!

Madrid take giant stride towards safety

Jan-Ove Thornberg scored twice as Fake Madrid thrashed UpTheChelsea 4-1 thanks to an impressive away performance.

The Danish midfielder scored twice in three minutes as half-time approached with two deft headers after Balthasar Otxoa had already hit the bar and gone close with a brace of efforts.

Goalkeeper Tom Hunt produced a flying save to preserve the Madrid clean-sheet with the interval approaching, before captain Nauzet Adorno capped off a fine passing move on 53 minutes to give the visitors a 3-0 lead.

Eder Saviola's 35-yard effort then zipped just wide of the post before the home side clawed a goal back - but man-of-the-match Elvio Gayoso scored on 79 minutes with a sublime chip to ensure the points return to the Spanish capital.

Manager Alex Hinsley - who had previously stated his side would have to improve on their away showing to ensure they stay in the Premier League next season - was "delighted and proud" of his side.

Hinsley also defended the large win bonus being paid out to his players.

"When you have the finances, you should reward the players for their endeavours.

"The title hopefuls utilise this to win trophies, we hope that the monetary incentive can help us stay in the division."

Hinsley continued: "We have such a great home record but away from the MS Arena we've been unlucky and at times a little lacklustre.

"We were great away at X-Rated on the first game of the season but besides that performance, we've been sub-par and we needed to put in a better shift today.

"This is a massive step towards safety for us. We are six points clear of the bottom two and we play the bottom side next week. I think if we can take five points from our remaining five fixtures, we will stay in the division.

"That target has been urged on the fans and the players themselves to unite for this final push. Staying in this league will be a greater achievement than our back-to-back promotions."

Does anyone want a friendly on 20th? Please let me know and I'll invite you! (prefer if I'll invite as I've rarely had a friendly at my home ground) Will not be a serious show-down but more like a form gathering, tactics and formation testing and giving all the youngsters some playing time!

My team in the league in Blue Ultras

Get in Madrid!

Congrats mate :)

]X-Rated Lift The TC Shield

Terminator X’s side triumphed in the final as they defeated League One hotshots Sinised JK over two legs. Ronaldo Zola, Maldini & George Lampard securing the victory in the 2nd leg of the final. Terminator X has praised his side for the victory whilst commending Sinised JK.

Terminator X: “If Sinised JK was a premier league club they would be pushing us all the way in the league. In the first leg of the final our specific offensive tactics paid off, and the advantage from that game was the deciding factor. The players have worked hard throughout the season and deserved the celebrations today. It’s great to be the first ever winners of this cup competition, the trophy has already been filled with champagne. We now look forward to the remaining 5 games of the season, my players are highly motivated to win the double this season."
