LDN Blue 7,903
Same as me, the real Ronaldo. CR7 doesn't even compare with R9. Personally, IMO, I think you're wrong. CR7 has shown new signs of maturity this season under José Mourinho (and having a Son).. His record is impeccable - Once he demonstrates this on the international stage the comparisons between CR7 & R9 will be very difficult to differentiate. IMO. IMO.Ronaldo only does it against shit teams and he's a cheating cry baby cunt and that's just being nice to the greasy shit faced prick. Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima is the greatest striker i've ever seen. 2nd for me is Gabriel Batistuta for Fiorentina and Batigol won sod all. Madmax 9,219
^ Good shout about Batistuta. Really underrated, perhaps because he never won anything.imo, top 5 strikers over the last 2 decades : 1. Ronaldo2. Raul3. Thierry Henry4. Alan Shearer5. Ollie 4,400
Hard to disagree with that tbh. So many amazing strikers have graced football. Romario and Del Piero also are 2 of my all time favs. Could name hundreds but to name ONEI'd have to say Brazilian Ronaldo.
Madmax 9,219
Ronlado doesn't need an adjective. There's only one Ronaldo The other is Ronaldiva.
LDN Blue 7,903
Exactly Max, exactly! Ronaldo will forever be known as the greatest striker ever. No-one will ever take that one away from him.
spuz 143
Is it wrong of me to be an admirer of a goon (Henry) and 2 scousers (rush and a young Michael Owen when he was an 18yr old and everybody wanted him).Favourites are;LampardTerryWiseZolaLinekarBatistutaHenryRivaldoMessiRonaldinho

Madmax 9,219
Nobody knows what went on with him on the eve of the '98 final though. What an absolute shame. He was on fire uptil then and just couldn't play on the night that mattered most. But when one superstar couldn't turn up, another did in Zizou. True legends both.Great justice was done though when Ronaldo scored both in the final 4 years later.
Ollie 4,400
He had a seizure, fit type of thing. Roberto Carlos was sharing a room with him and he woke up with Ronaldo having the fit in his bed. Scary shit. From then on, he just seemed worried and nervous like someone had just died. Justice was done for sure in 2002, and great opposition to do it to too. Bastard Krauts.
