And that's the exact sort of post which stops you from becoming a respected member on this forum. You make some excellent points yet go and make personal insults. But to compound matters, you have the sheer audacity to complain when other people do it in return.

That's not always the case. Zolayes has been getting away with his little digs at me for a while now, usually without my input. I don’t complain either, but simply point them out. Making for an extremely justifiable comment towards him. Although in most cases attempt to back out of the situation, e.g. in an attempt to clear up the specified Kalou thread. Certain members know they will be backed in ostracizing others, so they have no hesitation to persistently insult me. Even when the genesis of which was indirect, it resulted in members taking advantage of this and masking it as something else. Yet, as long as they conform to other aspects of the forum they will get away with it. This then turns the attention away from them and towards the intended target.

Mate I think you should start taking advantage of ignore lists. Sure you won't laugh as much by the bullshit sputed by some but you'll save enough braincells that would otherwise commit suicide with what we occasionally read on this board.

Its getting fairly irritating going from one thread to another to see arguments constantly, so basically if you've nothing good to say, say nothing at all...and i'm not just speaking about TX.

Personally I have no real gripe with TX. My only complaint is that he is quite hypocritical in my honest opinion, for the reason I have already stated. Other than that, I like him as a member as he generates a lot of discussion.

I just think you need to accept the subtle comments people aim at each other are part and parcel of a discussion forum.

I dont dislike TX at all. I just didnt seeing the point in branding people who like Kalou as scum. Bit harsh dont you think? I totally respect Tx's views and everyone elses and I just want mine to be aswell. I dont mince my words at all but I also can admit when I'm wrong too.

Seems to be an anti-intellectualism regarding the dynamics of ostracization and the approval of ignorance on here. Take madmax & zolayes for example, they highlight a particular aspect of my interaction on here they deem to be distasteful (subjective as it may be). And choose to use that as a reason to discredit my entire online presence. No doubt I bring more to the table than the particular member mentioned on the first page of this thread, in regards to literature. Yet a few members go around with this childish mentality of giving each other support regardless of the nature and true intention of particular views, and the contrasts between what they initially interpreted as offensive. Thus it becomes this continuation of thoughtless, ignorant, 'angry village people with pitchforks' analogy. Thankfully this forum contains an expansive variation of characters, some of whom would never stoop so low.

^ This joke of a guy is the only one on this board who has the audacity to highlight how he does more than so and so while in fact if you look closely, 90% of his posts are one word replies like "indeed", "lmao" or "true". To make up for it he posts what I admit are genuinely good topics at times. But then he takes two steps back by insulting others and whining when he is replied to. He's been taking pot shots (pun unintended) at me for the last two days and he's done so here again, without provocation.

With a view to not give any more attention to this meaningless thread, I won't be making further posts here, regardless of how much 'God' himself may try to provoke me.
