Yuri has been our best player the last couple of games and certainly deserves to maintain his place in the side. Ancelotti does tend to pick who is playing to form but he does also have his favourites, ie. Lampard, Malouda and Drogba, and they always tend to play when fit.

TEAM NEWS: BLACKBURN ROVERS V CHELSEA

Posted on: Sat 30 Oct 2010 Alex returns in central defence so Branislav Ivanovic moves across to right-back with Jose Bosingwa returning to the bench.

That is the only change from the win against Wolves. Florent Malouda plays his 150th Chelsea game in an attack also containing Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.

Both Paulo Ferreira and Jose Bosingwa are on the bench.

Blackburn make four changes including the return of captain Chris Samba in defence and a first start for Benjani in place of Nikola Kalinic up front.

Chelsea are expected to start in the following 4-3-3 formation:

Watch out for Mame Diouf, Phil Jones and Pedersen.

If I remember correctly, Jones made his debut last season against us in the 1-1 and everyone was talking about how terrifying it would be for an 18 year old to face Drogba on his debut, but in all fairness, he pwned Drog that day :/
