Right. In Brazil Ganso is considered better than Neymar, even tought the hype around Neymar is by far bigger. I also believe that Ganso can be a better player to Chelsea than Neymar. He might be the midfielder maestro after Lampard retires. Ganso is also more prefessional. Im afraid that if Neymar comes to Chelsea he will end up another Robinho ( huge price, poor football ), or another Ronaldo. Win some trophies and then ask to leave to Real Madrid or Barcelona.

Yeah you're right. Neymar shoud go to Spain or even Italy and just enjoy his football and the beautiful weather. The PL is too physical for him and i never thought he would be happy getting kicked around (especially a player of his age).

Ganso however is a different case like you said. A midfielder like him should succeed in all major leagues. He would have to get used to and adjust to the high tempo of the PL since they play in a much lower tempo in the Série A (Brazilian league). Probably the reason why Brazilians are so succesful in the Italian league.

Ganso would be perfect for the Serie A but i hope he joins us, doubt it though.

But this thread is about Neymar.

To be honest I wouldn't mind if his goals led us to a PL-CL double and >80 millions for our club ;)

Everything I've read about Ganso suggests that he's as good as you say. And I can certainly trust the opinion of Brazilians as they have seen the likes of Romario, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho before they were even known in Europe.

I think Carlo (or whoever's organising this) want Neymar because he'll fit our system in 4-3-3, perhaps they feel we do not need another midfield player like Ganso (which they're wrong about). In all honesty I wouldn't mind if we sign them both

What do you think about both their futures? In realistic transfers?

About Neymar, his manager said he will stay at Santons until 2012, at least. There is no reason to believe he will leave earlier. Santo´s president insist he will stay until 2015 and beyound, but its not going to happen. I think in 2012 he will leave.

His manager also said that Abramovich didnt gave up on him, but the russian knows he will have to wait until 2012. The problem is if Barcelona do the same offer Chelsea does, im afraid he will choose Barça. I think there is no player in the world who would choose Chelsea over Barcelona, if the price is the same, but Roman seems to be really interested on him, since some reports im Brazil asserts Neymars family met Romans himself during the World Cup.

Ganso may leave earlier. Santos offered him a new contract, but he refused, since he thought it wasnt as good as the one offered to Neymar.

Neymar is faster than Robinho. But he is only 18 years old, so is very difficult o say what is his style. I think he is able to have the style Ronaldo ( the portuguese ) has, when he get more muscles. I mean, when Robinho was 18 years old, he coudnt play so well as Neymar does now.

Hey Henrique make yourself useful, have you heard of Piazon?

Lucas Piazon has a great talent but wonderkid in the Sao Paulo team is Lucas (other)...

Lucas Piazon (16) is a striker and Lucas (18) is a attacking midfielder.

Lucas Piazon plays in the u-20 team in Sao Paulo and Lucas has been playing in the first-team...

Both have great talent and will soon be in a big Europe Team!

Here's something promising that I've found. clicky clicky. There are still chances for us to sign him. I just hope Barcelona doesn't sign him...if they do that won't be good.
