Champions League tickets

just to be clear on this before I start getting worried about the possible raise in prices....

Champions League home tickets to watch Chelsea play in the group stage are at least £25 a ticket this year. Because I'm planning to go to a Champions League game again this year. I went to see the games against Bordeaux, Cluj and APOEL in the last two years and they all cost that much, are they still £25?

I would check the website, but prices might not be accurate since it's only the beginning of the season, and there could be a change.

EDIT: can someone move this to the tickets sub-forum, I completely forgot there was one there

wonder who we will be drawn against..i`m hoping Ajax,Rangers & anywhere i havent been to yet..which would have to be somewhere pretty obscure..like a Latvian team or something.. tho realise that there would probably have to be an higher seeded team with us than those.

Alright guys.. Does anyone know how much the Marseille away game would cost? Does it involve travel and accomodation, or is it there and back in a day because it's only France, any help would be appreciated guys!

It's £216 for the day trip, that includes a match ticket. Doing it this way would mean a lot of the hassle would be cut out. Although if you book it all separate it would probably work out cheaper and you could probably stay the night.

At the moment you can get a flight on the day of the match arriving at 11:35 am, so plenty of drinking time, arriving back the next day at 9:25 pm for £135 through Ryanair. You can get a single room in Marseille for £35 a night through booking.com. This just leaves the match ticket which I'd assume will be between €30-40, only thing is you're not guaranteed a ticket whereas you are with Thomas Cook. This way obviously works out cheaper and you won't be completely knackered when coming back and can have a night out as well.

If you have any more questions I will happily answer.

Cheers buddy, sounds good! Think i'd look into the latter method, only because of the night out! Haa! You been to away Champions Legaue games before? Would you be going to the Marseille game?

Yeah, I've been to 4 now. I should definitely be going to Marseille as well, although I won't be booking up until October - November time.
