Its down to popular conception for many artists. Its exactly the same with U2, people don't like U2's music because they think Bono is a cunt.

I find Kanye overrated, but i don't like his music that's why i don't really like him, but other then that i don't really care what he did to taylor or anyone, fact is if i was a taylor fan i would love kanye for getting her famous.

On a technical level, he's one of the greatest producers of all time and his solo albums speak for themselves.

im not the biggest fan of snoop dogg's music , but to be fair i went to see him live the other week and he put on a really great show . Hes not particularly talented in my opinion but he is pretty entertaining live .

I don't know really, everyone likes his music, my friend told me to listen to Otis and i didn't like it. But the only two producers i find overrated are Kanye and Dre, since most of Dre's best songs have all had about 6 co producers, even now on his new album he's getting credit for producing kush and I need a doctor.

1. Like A Star- Was saving this for the 2nd album. Due to some other shit beyond my control, I'ma let this out now.

2. Knock On Wood- One of my fav. freestyles. OG Dreamvillains gotta be reminded, new fans gotta get put on.

3. Pity- Brand new J. Cole, Omen, Voli. Produced by Voli @volitheentity

4. How High- at one point this was guaranteed to go on The Sideline Story.

5. Unabomber- Just heard this today for the first time in a longgg time. Love these raps.

Every Sunday til the album drops I'll be back with something. Maybe just 1 song, maybe a video, depending on how I'm feeling.

I'd recommend downloading 'Pity' though, that's a quality track.

I enjoyed it more on the second listen than the first. At first I was disappointed a bit, but the second listen, I was feeling it. This is definitely more of a Jay album than a Kanye one imo. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. I'll compose a better review later, but for now..

Watch The Throne is grandiose.

'Murder To Excellence' & 'Why I Love You' are my favourite tracks atm, although the entire thing is just extraordinary. Btw.. anyone notice how at the end of most of the tracks, the beat switches up at the end?, it seems to be one of the signature touches on this album.
