I was in the cafe with my mate earlier when two girls came in late teens early twenties wearing Harrington's and Doctor Martens. When we told them they were dressed exactly like we used to when we first started standing in the Shed in the late 70's they were both proud and embarrassed at the same time it was very weird ha ha.

What you need to do next is have a cup of milky coffee or black tea and bite each of the ends of the tim tam. Next use it as a straw to drink your hot drink, be careful it will melt in a flash.

I'm wearing doc martens (black oxfords) right now and I'm looking for a Harrington jacket that fits well.

Heh, my friend already recommended doing so with milk alone. It was truly amazing!

It's really unfortunate Tim Tams cost like 5 EUR or something here though.

Don't know how much P&P would cost you but wait till the Xmas sales. I bought a Prince of Wales check Harrington from Lambretta last Xmas half price. Also Weekend Offender and Terraces menswear are worth a look especially in the Outlet dept.

The jacket was on sale for half price on the website. About $175 American. It was also the weather-proofed production as opposed to the true original. I was close to buying it but was hesitant on purchasing because I really didn't want to commit to a jacket that could end up running too small or large.

Not sure if this link will work in the States but there was a documentary about Skinheads on the other night.Lots about the clothes but also the history and culture. You could argue that it was Chelsea fans who first adopted the look there are brief glimpses of Chelsea and the Bridge and also a couple of notorious top Chelsea faces.
