Yep, I agree apologize and remember the only way to keep a secret is to keep to yourself. I would also talk to the friend that blabbed because it wasn't his to share. It is a tough lesson learned but we all go through it at some point. It is human nature to share information and stories. The further from the source the less private the secret seems and the easier it is for people to share because it is not their secret or their promise to keep it. My guess would be dust mites or something in your ventilation system. Hay fever is just the term for fall allergies because that is when hay releasing things in the air.
