Some people on another forum are doing a dream team type thing. But they draft the players... So all teams are different. So there are 8 teams. Each one picks like an NFL draft etc.

The guy who got the number one pick went with.... *drumroll*

I'm quite anxious to get the season going. I don't know what to expect. Obviously we have good players, but it's a very hard start for us and with a new manager, not the ideal time to be playing the best teams.

I like your enthusiasm, but remember we have RvP! Deadly.

Not meant as trashtalk but I think without Fergie there to get every last drop out of the squad like Clough used to with Derby and forest. I think there needs to be quite alot of upgrading in the man u squad to challenge seriously for the EPL and ECL. imo there has n' t been a truly great English club team since 2008,when there were two of them in our clubs. It's just been survival of the fittest rather than classiest for me the last 5 years and Fergie managed to drag his team over the finishing line in a way that I've my doubts over moyes doing,at least in the near future.great job at Everton but different beast for him to control now.

Yeah. I think many people will perhaps only now start to realise how much a great manager like SAF was can impact a team. I fully expect it to be a close 3 horse race but with us and city being the best 2.

I have my doubts too. However I think Moyes was chosen for the right reasons. This is just my opinion, but I believe Moyes has the same special trait SAF had - getting the best out of a team. He did it with Everton consistently. His major flaw would be not managing to win things, but that is hard with Everton to be fair. I think he's inherited a very strong team, it's obviously not a special team like Munich but with the right signings it could be. I will admit I won't be happy if we don't add to our midfield. We need to.

Midfield would be where I'd say the more pressing need is too with the upcoming season in mind,then after this season I think more holes will need to be filled.
