it just sickens me because there is a whole world cup going on in South Africa to be looking around for potential players, but they would much rather sign up 30-year-old Liverpool rejects like Benayoun to replace Joe Cole.

Who said he is replacing Joe Cole? I would rather sign Yossi Benayoun for £6 million then a over rated player for £30 million. Benayoun opens up space for the youth to step into - He is a good player to rotate. This means Kakuta will get a lot more playing time next season. People complain that we don't give our youth enough chance and now there complaining that we're not signing good young players. It's either one or the other and I would much rather our youth come in.

I'm not offended in the slightest about the Jewish comments, I just find it funny how people slate other people based on religion as if they're better than them when really there's no difference at all as you have proved by not being able to answer the question.

I am 100% sure Benayoun is the perfect player to rotate with Kakuta and am happy with the signing, but that doesn't matter it's all opinions. It's nice to know I share the same opinion as Carlo though.
