Jose M 140
Chelsea Future StarChelsea starlet Josh McEachran knows he's achieved something special after helping England win the U17 European Championships. McEachran is regarded by many as a future Chelsea star and was influential in England's victory over Spain. He told theFA.com: "The whole team has done really well for the last two weeks. The last England team to win a European trophy had Paul Scholes and Gary Neville and just look at what that team went on to achieve. Hopefully we can go on to do the same."Look at this Video: 17 year old Josh McEachran trains with Chelsea first Team http://www.youtube.c...feature=related

LDN Blue 7,903
I guarantee Josh will be the best to ever be at Chelsea!I know the term "the next [enter already established star]" is very over-used these daysbut watching him play this season, he does have all the makings to be the next Lampard. Let's hope Chelsea keep it producing more players like him.. I'm liking the products we have in our academy right now, the improvements are showing good signs for the future

It is hard to compare him to someone, but his technical ability is amazing, I will be making a video of Josh tonight, will post a link to it here later. Badboy 1,526
He has a fantastic footballing brain with really good vision, he is very similar to jack wilshire in terms of his ability to find space and use his vision. I really like our youth, i watch chelsea tv every day and i see players like kakuta bruma and josh with there footballing ability. These are the types of players that make it in football not the players who dominate youth and reserves with pure power (carlton cole). Cameron 30
Er, I think Carlton Cole has 'made it' - depending on how you define making it.

Badboy 1,526
Er, I think Carlton Cole has 'made it' - depending on how you define making it.He has made it at premiership level but he is not the cream of the crop and in my opinion he never had the chance too because he lacks in technical talent just a wee bit, but as a target man he is good. Kostas 1,468
Josh's technical ability is great for an Englishman but I think he wouldn't be that special in a country like Brazil

Transferring that talent into the first team is never easy to do but Josh could be the best talent we have brought through the ranks.

The fact that kakuta and josh are so good technically means in the future any one we sign or even borini upfront are going to have a absolute field day in terms of chances in and around the box. I watch young players like kakuta, josh and bruma and just think, we have 2 players that will save us 30 million in the transfer market in the future, because it is very hard the find these types of players and clubs that will sell them. Hopefully we won't waste this kid, I really want to see him in the chelsea first team one day and not constantly shunted in favour of shitty old past it players that we sign for over the odds prices and for no reason. But Josh is a unique player and i can't see a problem bringing him through. Video just uploaded of Josh:
