Jon 18
I'll admit I was skeptical at first... not so much because it was Ancelotti, but because the replacements for Mourinho up until just haven't seemed to fit. I'll say this about Carlo, there was a noticeable adjustment period when he first got here. The results were there but just between he and the players, you could see they needed to feel each other out. But I've been absolutely in LOVE with how the players have responded to him and how they all seem to love him being the manager. It's brilliant! BlueLion. 21,491
I was one of those who sung for Hiddink to stay, and for Roman to stick Ancelotti. He's proved me wrong and I'm delighted for it; and long may he reign King Carlo.

benji_blue 3
I must admit I wasnt 100% sure that he was going to be right for us, and wanted Hiddink to stay but I feel like we have now a great manager who doesnt make song and dance about anything. Someone who is very respectful towards others who will not really give Chelsea a bad name. You can see this by just looking at other forums like the teamtalk forum the amount of other fans writing well done, also even Wenger came out and said congratulations. I am very proud to say that we have Carlo as our manager and lets hope he is here for many year to come and he can start building a future for Chelsea Football Club. EskWeston 696
When Carlo was being discussed and becoming our manager i was very unsure about him and wouldn't have been the man i would have picked. He has come in though and in his first season has done incredibly well, he brought in 1 player in Zhirkov and set about getting used to the players he had, their strengths and weaknesses. He worked with different formations and set ups and as the season has moved on we have seen him really mould a team and we have played some terriffic football.I am looking forward to seeing what Carlo will build for us now at Chelsea, i think our future is in good hands. Ollie 4,400
He's also shown us some of the old Chelsea lol. Double over Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool but can still lose to Wigan, draw with hull, lose to Man City at home 4-2, get a great position and lose when someone else does, Man Utd lose 7, so we make it close and go n lose 6. 103 goals and we win the league by 1 point whilst doing the double over the big 3. Crazy season, entertainment guaranteed, success already here and some ridiculous attacking football. Carlo or Jose, Carlo for me. I didn't like the way that everything was all about Jose if we won things. He got too much attention, like an attention seeker. The players never got enough credit, he always seemed so much bigger than them. Carlo shuts his mouth (has some humour but very laid back), gets on with it and trusts his players. With jose, we got ahead, closed the door and held on for scrappy wins. I Love Jose still but he was past, Carlo has moved us on and i swear he'll win us the European Cup. Yep fully agree anyway, lets forget the special one and stay behind the more than special one.
