okay so i am not crazy .... its pretty obvious to anyone that there are some players who just need to be let go mainly they are belleti deco fererre joe cole kalou ..... those are the 5 players who most of the fans agreed must leave ..... also most o us agree that anelka shouldnt start as a winger he can be a sub. or he can go ..... the same goes for ballack ......

all of us think kakuta matic sturridge should have thier chances and we all think no matter what they are certainly better than other players like kalou joe cole and anelka ......

my point is .. if its that clear to the naked eye why CA cant see this ..... so don't tell me its not ancelotti's fault it's the players ... no it;s him who is in charge he is the one who came out in Jan. and said i will run fuckin naked if we sign anyone he should have known we need someone ......

not only that but there's more .... thats not lampard thats not terry a lot of players not at thier best but a manager is the one responsible to get his players to thier best to motivate them to give the will and the confidence ..... thats what mourinho provide his players with .... yes inter wanted it more and had more will but thats only because they had more motivation .....

right now i have to say i am completely dissatisfied with the teams progress this season and with ancelotti's work .... as we started as clear favourites to the epl and ucl ..... but while evry team like man u was progressing and improving into a better team we keep getting worse and it should be the opposite i would ve excused carlo if he was improving if i can see any signs of a good manager their but he has the best squad in the epl but he cant use it right .....

i am not saying he should leave but unless he works his ass off in the next couple of months to deserve to stay i will be very happy to see gus hiddink back next june because with the way we are going with ancelotti in a couple of years we will be insulted in the old trafold by a 4-0 scoreline ....

if carlo had requested the big money signings, roman would have backed him but carlo didn't have the balls to take that risk of another shevchenko situation.

as he doesnt have the balls to let kakuta matic and sturridge get thier chances and tell joe cole anelka and kaluo work your ass off or you wont have your places .....

i dont wanna go all hard on him cause i wanna see how he will react in the next couple of months may be he will prove us wrong ...

I'm sure Carlo has seen more of Matic and Kakuta than we do so there's probably a reason he hasn't given them more chances

i am sure he did .... but hasn't he seen joe cole kalou anelka and ballack !!!!!!!

that's some great statistics about the team since 2003 till now ...... i think mourinho was not a big spender after all ....

anyway after giving a look at that you will find that our most effective manager by far was not mourinho but it was hiddinck so once again if ancelotti cant prove his quality i hope gus wil come back and he wont need any time to cope with the circumstances as he has been here before and he knows the players .... but again thats only if ancelotti screwed till the end of the season .... i just want him to give us some reasons to believe in him

yes i dont think he will leave and i dont want him to leave ..... but what grapped my attention was not the possible targets or exits it was the statistics about each of our managers and the fact that ancelotti comes 4th in points per game after hiddinck mourinho and grant ......

Well the stories have started to hit the papers already about a spending spree, but i take it with a pinch of salt. Every season we are supposed to be spending vast ammounts on this player and that player. Hopefully there are some truths there because we DO desperately need a clearout and Carlo needs to build his squad. Also Carlo needs to go back to giving the youngsters a go, i think he stopped using them once the transfer ban was dropped and he didn't have to rely on them as much for next season.

But Kakuta should be getting plenty of games from now till the end of the season because he be a truly great player for us.

That would be really horrible,I don't have numbers but I think he stopped using youth since we started playing :censored:.

The Irony is, Kakuta has never played again after his "MoM" performance against Apoel in Champions League. At the moment, he looks a better bet than Joe Cole and Deco.

I for one beleive, we need to get a bunch of really good young players in the first team. The likes of Pato, Kakuta, Stoch, Matic, Hamsik, Aguero, Asenjo, Bruma. This team could do wonders if played together for a a couple of years. Add to this Experience Candidates like Terry, Lampard, Essien, Cech, Drogba, Mikel, A. Cole, Malouda, Ivanovic, Alex, Bosingwa. And we could have a real good team on our hands.

At the moment Kalou's shadow looks a better bet than Joe :whistling:

I'm not sure we need a bunch of kids cause it would be horrible if we became like the Arse.

I think we need a regeneration period. We need to re-build our squad. We have a lot of dead wood and they need to go. I think we need to get rid of our ageing players who contribute little.

Ballack, Paulo, Deco, Belletti, Hilario and Carvalho.

Also i think Joe Cole (Sorry Joe) and Kalouless are blocking the way for our young players to get game time.

I think Anelka should leave but only if Carlo insists on playing him out wide.

Some people have been saying bring in five or six players and also promote 6 or 7 youth players. You do that you will have a squad of 30 plus players which is not going to work. Kakuta, Matic, Bruma, Stoch Cork, Hutchinson and Mancienne should be promoted. Then we don't need to brin in too many players. I would like to see 3 players come in. Milner, Sneijder and Aguero. Young (I don't think Sneijder is that young though) establihed players who will add quality to our squad. My squad would be...

Goalkeepers: Cech, Turnbull, Taylor

Defenders: Bosingwa Ivanovic, Hutchinson, Bruma, Terry, Alex, A.Cole, Zhirkov

Midfielders: Matic, Cork, Lampard, Mikel, Essien, Mancienne, Milner

Wingers/Attacking midfielders: Kakuta, Stoch, Malouda, Sneijder

Strikers: Drogba, Anelka, Sturridge, Aguero

The average age of the squad will be decreased, the wage bill will have been decreased and we will have the young mixed with the experience.

As I said a mixture of these kids and the experienced players. Players like Kakuta, Aguero, Soch, Malouda, Matic, Hamsik can all play one touch quick passing game. Add to that power of Essien, Drogba, Lampard and Mikel.

I agree with alot of whats being said here, a mix of youth and hunger, and experience and know how is what we need.

Aguero and Ribery are the players we should be looking at, also, Hamsik.
