To win your own league shows you're the best in your country over a sustained period.

TO win the CL you can get put out at any point and you dont get a chance to rectify the situation. One decision in a game goes against you and you're finished, or in our case 20 decisions. :censored:

lol surely we are runnung out of bad luck. All that hasn't happened is getting knocked out the group stages or get knocked out by an own goal or deflection (god help us if we play Arsenal)

When Liverpool won the Champions League in 2005, Every knew they weren't the best team in Europe.

When United won the League and Champions League, They were. Winning your domestic title is more important IMO.

Premier League every time. You have to be consistent all season to win the EPL, but it doesn't matter because this year we will win both, and then England will go onto win the World cup...............................................

I think the Premier League is more important this season, having not won it for three seasons now. However, both would be nice, as I do feel we deserve it. We've been unlucky in the Champions League in recent seasons, and I think this year might just be 'our year'.

If we can keep up the form we're showing at the minute, I have no doubts whatsoever that we are able to win the treble this season.

2010 regardless of what FIFA or UEFA throw at us WILL be Chelsea's year and we'll win BOTH then England will win the World Cup! Now how nice would that be? If that happened, i would be sooo relaxed watching Chelsea forever onwards knowing that we've been there n won it all. Would be nice to get the World Club Championships after too. Already won the super cup Paradise
