Quite true, but all the current 'young' managers, ie. Guardiola, are currently in jobs, which is my point - I'm saying by keeping Hiddink we can wait for the oportune moment.

I agree with you, if we are going to find a good young manager we need to wait for someone to become available. I do not want to rush into finding a manager who is inexperienced and not take us forward. I think if Guss is really needed to stay than he will because he does respect roman and will do everything he can to help him.

We get it, advertisements are annoying!
Talk Chelsea relies on revenue to pay for hosting and upgrades. While we try to keep adverts as unobtrusive as possible, we need to run ad's to make sure we can stay online because over the years costs have become very high.
