Aesthetic Relic 301
The writings been on the wall for weeks. Its been obvious to everyone but himself that his tactics havent been a success. His stubborness has been his downfall. I'd like to think that we've someone lined up already.
warnie_666 1,081
Is this a Joke? This trial and error thing is gonna implode the club and its financial results are gonna go to the dogs. First fire Jose, then Grant then Scolari after half a season. Feel sad for Scolari. Very Sad. You have wankers like Drogba, Malouda Deco, Ballack, Anelka on the field, while our most important players like Joe cole, Essien and Riccy all the time in the injury room. And we expect Scolari to give us trophy. Poor guy, did not even get a proper transfer kitty to buy his players, add to that the robinho saga. He dint complain, he did what he could do with this squad. And now they fire him. Bunch of Idiots we have up there. Really feel sick to support this club for the first time, the way they are handling things.....
warnie_666 1,081
One season if we finish 4th, isnt gonna screw everything up. But yeah...on the flip side, this has been the worst performance by Chelsea in 5-6 years..
RX8 40
This is not right!!.... What is Kenyon and Abramovich Thinging?? What do you thing that you guys are gonna find another Mourinho ?? You guys are crazy people... Like another guy said... ARE WE THE NEW REAL MADRID of the PREMIER!!! This is not right!!... You guys Axed Mourinho for a bad Start.... Who hasn´t had one?? Didn´t United Start like that this year... How many time liverpool Started like that even in the Champion... And Look how many did they had?? YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER AXED MOURINHO IN THE FIRST PLACE now you need one like him... YOU BLOW IT UP.... IS not easy the premier league... only some can handle it... That why Ferguson, Wegner en Benetis has control of the premier... And what are we doing... Axes every coach that can´t make us Champion... We will keep doing it... and the best part is the we are starting to create a bad idea for all coaches... that if they have a bat time they will be axed and that is a thing that can make a coach say NO to us in the Future.. Daniel_CFC 0
We should of never sacked grant, So what he didnt win anything but we finished a close second in the table and got to our first champions league final
Aesthetic Relic 301
We should of never sacked grant, So what he didnt win anything but we finished a close second in the table and got to our first champions league final In fairness Grant was a garde "A" muppet. Clarke was the man who deserves the credit for last season. If Grant is such a good manager then why has he not been snapped up by someone else. He's been on the scrapheap for a reason. He's shite. If we bring him back we'll be even more of a laughing stock.
misschief 24
Have to agree, if we brought Grant back now we'd look even more stupid than we do already - and right now we look imcompetent enough as it is! Besides, he really was a complete dick who basically did fuck all while the players - and Steve Clarke - got on with it. The state we're in right now, Grant wouldn't be able to just sit back and do nothing in the same way as he did last season, so we'd be screwed with him this time round. chrismada9 1,948
Well I cannot believe what I've just been reading about this! I'm glad we've sacked Scolari, but I would have thought at least wait until the end of the season to make a decision whether to keep him or not! And now Ray Wilkins is temporary Chelsea manager!! And his first two games come against a very determined Watford in the FA Cup, and then Aston Villa away! And I write that in bold because not only are Villa in mesmorising form, but when was the last time we actually won a game at Villa park??? BRING BACK JOSE MOURINHO!!! RX8 40
Grant is a TOP A Class muppet, I totaly aggree with Tri-Blue GUYS:... We have to Ask For Mourinho... Is to bad i´m half of the world long from Stanford bridge and Cobhan.... but I will go put a Banner in there faces... and make them thing about Mourinho... We have to realase.... Premier League is for long term best coaches in the World and We were Stupid enoght to axed Mourinho... And know we are going Down.... Here are the candidates: SO bye bye Big Phil, but who will Chelsea turn to next? SunSport draws up a shorlist for Roman Abramovich here. GUUS HIDDINK Russia's coach was reportedly high on Chelsea’s wish-list before they settled on Scolari in the summer. Regarded as one of the most astute tacticians in world football, Hiddink’s efforts in taking Russia to the semi-finals of Euro 2008 mark him as an obvious candidate for Chelsea’s billionaire owner. Unlike Scolari, the Dutchman has also made his name at club level in Europe having guided PSV Eindhoven to three Eredivisie titles as well as the semi-finals of the 2004-05 Champions League. GIANFRANCO ZOLA A legend during his playing days at Chelsea, Zola would be a hugely popular choice among the Stamford Bridge faithful. Despite his relative inexperience in club football he has forged a good reputation since taking over as manager at West Ham this season with former Blues assistant Steve Clarke by his side. JOSE MOURINHO Chelsea’s most successful manager having led them to back-to-back league titles, the Portuguese is the most exalted of all the club's managers. Sacked at the start of last season, Mourinho has since stated he would one day like to return to management in England. A return to Stamford Bridge would, however, seem unlikely with an apparent falling out with Abramovich leading to his departure, while he remains contracted to Inter Milan — who currently lead Serie A by seven points. FRANK RIJKAARD The former Barcelona boss has been out of work since leaving the Catalan club at the end of last season. During his five-year spell at the Nou Camp the 46-year-old led Barca to two league titles as well as Champions League success when they beat Arsenal 2-1 in the 2005-06 final. ROBERTO DI MATTEO Another former fan favourite, Di Matteo is best remembered for scoring the fastest FA Cup final goal as the Blues beat Middlesbrough 2-0 in 1997. He was named manager of League One club MK Dons in the summer and has them on track for promotion in his first season with the team currently sitting second in the table. AVRAM GRANT The Israeli was replaced by Scolari in the summer after taking the Blues to their first Champions League final where they lost on penalties to Manchester United. His softly-spoken mentality, and the fact he succeeded Mourinho, meant Grant was never truly accepted by Blues fans. ROBERTO MANCINI His agent claims Chelsea have already "contacted others". The 44-year-old Italian was sacked by Inter Milan at the end of last season despite leading them to the past three Serie A titles. He remains a high-profile candidate despite remaining out of work and has history in England having played at Leicester at the start of the decade. warnie_666 1,081
If the players are true to themselves, they would feel guilty that they have contributed to the sacking of Scolari. And pull up their socks and put some steam in their performances when they go on the field against Watford and Villa.
chrismada9 1,948
Zola doesn't want to leave West Ham because he wants to start something good with them, and the fans have the utmost respect for him, so much as I would love him to get the job, he's not the man! My top 5 men are: - Jose Mourinho - Guus Hiddink - Slaven Bilic - Frank Rijkaard - Martin O'Neill* *I don't think this is a reality because Villa won't want to give up their manager after their enthatic form

I feal the team.. lost... and I´m not talking about the game... i´m talking about... the mind... the spirit... Is like Drogba said all the time... " I am in good health physically" yes, But where is your heart and Mind??... You were not physically in the best last season... but you did great... so what´s the problem now? misschief 24
If the reports on Sky are to be believed Scolari really had it coming. Theyre saying Scolari was turning up late for training, arguing with half the players and they'd been begging him to play 4-4-2 for ages and he wasnt having any of it. Laylabelle 9,534
Rays been learning from Scolari..so he aint gana play 4-4-2 either..god Satruday looks scary then did before!
Drogba11CFC 108
I've heard that Sky have Hiddink as favourite to become manager, with Grant as coach.

chrismada9 1,948
The fact is, Clarke should never have left in the first place. And on the contrary, niether should have Mourinho!! You would have thought Kenyon would have at least put in enough effort to keep both of them at the club and issued a long term stay for them, rather than just fart about and just let them go. If Mourinho and Clarke hadn't of left Chelsea, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in!!
