Games which bring back the memories

This topic is exactly what it says in the title. Simply: you tell us about the video games of your childhood, ie Super Mario, Sonic, Mega Man, Back to the Future for the NES etc.

I never got a console until the PS2, so I had to make do with the likes of FIFA and SSX.

However, I recently found an emulator which allows me to play the likes of Super Mario World and Super Mario All-Stars. It also allows you to save-state, which is how my brother completed SMW.

Command & Conquer series. Haven't been able to keep up because my computer's crap, but the old ones were great.

Tomb Raider 1, 2 and 3. Got progressively less good unfortunately, but the first one especially was a great game.

Sim series. Including SimCity, SimCity 2000, SimCity 3000, SimFarm, SimAnt, SimTower, SimEarth and SimIsle. And The Sims as well I suppose, before they introduced 50 million add-ons and turned it into a huge franchise.

Old FIFAs, especially good on the Sega Mega Drive.

Theme Park world/Rollacoaster tycoon and theme hospital which tbh was a bit shit lol but at the time it was like omg!!I can build a hospital ooooooo

Going way back to the cassette tape - based Spectrum for me. Games like Gauntlet, Dizzy, Donkey Kong ect... Then classic Sega games like Sonic, Alex Kidd, the original Fifa games....

Nah I used to just drown them instead slightly disturbed child lol

Some wacko goosebumps game as well I remember that used to spend hours on it until got the walkthrough and knew what the hell to do rather then run around getting bored

Goldeneye and GTA certainly bring back the memories. GTA III remains my favourite game ever
