plus a fact, £38 million is still a large sum of money! If what these reports stating that Chelsea have made huge losses in recent months are true, then signing Aguero, as well as his huge wage bill every week doesn't make life easier for us.....

but that's only if Roman is willing to support the funds by injecting some more cash so we can sign these types of players!
