He ought to just buy better players. U know a friend just told me told today that if Abramovich has sacked so many managers why doesn't he sack players like Torres? He actually had a point.

I think that we need younger, but experienced manager with specific balanced play/tactics. Attacking play, but must also be good tactic to fix defence and motivator. He must not be afraid to try things, to make decisions. As goes for youth, he must know how to deal with them, so that Mata, Hazard, Azpi, Oscar, Ake, Lukaku,...will properly evolve.

After all, its not just the new coach that we need, but also part of board to be changed. Certainly coaching assistants and staff must be choosen by the coach; some new faces, but wouldnt be bad if some older would return like Wilkins,...if Roman and co wont fuck up, we will sure have very interesting season!
