Fulham Broadway 17,319
Exactly, it's been on the cards -never achieved his potential -in fact when he came he said something along the lines of ''Don't expect many goals from me''

Elliott 7
Why would Le Guen go after Pizarro after missing out on Makelele?

EskWeston 696
Only a matter of time before Pizarro leaves, we all know that. The only question is, where will he go and how much will we get for him.
EskWeston 696
Looks like Pizarro will be off shortly. CFC website confirming that he will not go on tour with the squad because of "injury".... although Sheva and Drogba have not been seen at training presumably because of injury but they are still going. Seems like he is deemed surplus to requirements and will be left behind to secure a move.

BlueLion. 21,491
He's worth a few bob, no matter how poorly he did with us. The guy has quality, just never worked out for him with us. Best of luck to him, should he leave.

Aesthetic Relic 301
SSN Tigers chase Pizarro Hull City manager Phil Brown has revealed the club have contacted Chelsea regarding a move for striker Claudio Pizarro. Pizarro, 29, has been linked with a transfer away from the Blues this summer after a frustrating debut campaign at Stamford Bridge, with Argentine giants River Plate reportedly interested in his services. However, the forward's agent has insisted he is keen to remain in Europe, and Stoke City have emerged as potential suitors with rumours claiming they are lining up a season-long loan for his services. But with the Tigers hopeful of bolstering their attacking options ahead of the new Premier League term, Brown has confirmed the club are interested in holding talks with Pizarro. "We've made contact with Chelsea with regards to Claudio," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail. "It's a very expensive option, but again, it would be one if we got the option to speak to the lad or the opportunity to speak to the lad, then who knows? "But as far as we are concerned we have made contact with Chelsea and that's where it lies at the moment."
Bandicoot 3
Wouldn't be that much of a great loss IMO
BlueLion. 21,491
I'm not too sure. He needed a season to settle in, like almost all players do. I think keeping him to January wouldn't be a bad option, especially as Drogba is injured at the moment and Sala is at the Olympics. He won't play alot, but we could flog him in January for a cut price I guess.

EskWeston 696
Never looked suited to our system in my opinon. Not going to be the leading forward. He likes to drop too deep. Better to sell him than to loan him out.
