Whilst Higuain is better, he isn't 37+3 better, not a chance.
Jype 6,398
So basically Benitez used all the Cavani money and more on three Real Madrid rejects Higuain, Albiol and Callejon? I'm so glad we didn't have to go through a summer transfer window with that guy in charge of the transfers.
IkE 267
So relief that we didn't signed him. He would fit good in Napoli, they suck.
BlueLion. 21,491
^ yes, Napoli clearly "suck"; finished second only to a magnificent Juventus team. On another note, can I have some of what you're smoking.Locked.
Mustafa 885
"Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho 'lines up £48 million bid for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain'The Special One previously worked with the Argentine hotspot when they were both at Real MadridStar turn: Napoli's Gonzalo HiguainGetty Jose Mourinho is reportedly lining up a £48 million bid for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain. The Chelsea boss is understood to want to sign the Argentine hotshot - and, according to The Sun, the Italians are ready to sell. Former Arsenal target Higuain, 26, played under the Special One at his former club Real Madrid. Napoli signed Higuain from Real only last summer for £34.5m. But they are now said to be considering doing business as it would give them a quick £13.5m profit." (Source: Mirror) This rumor was supposedly started by TheSun but theyre website is weird now.... If this bid was placed, It just goes to show how incontent Jose is with his strikers and how he must have changed his mind from when he said he wasnt looking to buy a striker in January

DoubleO 192
U honestly think we going to buy him? Not going to happen...José has said he's the laziest player he has even managed. Mou doesn't like those kinds of players.

Pizy 18,917
Haha. Next joke.Who honestly writes these kind of rumors? Not even an ounce of believability. Not only are we gonna pay nearly 50 MILLION POUNDS for a player worth half that but they actually think Rafa Benitez is gonna help Chelsea and Jose out? Come on! Come on!Not Benetiz's decision. Much of Napoli is carefully run and controlled by De Laurenitiis. If he believes that profit made from this sale is more beneficial to the team then I believe he would gladly do it. De Laurenitiis is an incredibley shrewd and clever business and club owner. Besides it's not like Napoli is severly lacking in firepower as of right now.
