As soon as Juve signed him 2 seasons ago on loan or whenever, the prospect of him coming here went out the window.

Was never any chance we would get him after Juve got him even though it was a 2 year loan then obligation to buy. That deal will have been as good as him signing for 5 years upfront when they originally signed him.

Juventus have done the same with Locatelli and Moise Kean.

Juve have massive issues with the financial regulators in Italy for providing fraudulent documents to investors and may not qualify for the CL. 

Before his ACL, I think there would've been a good chance he would leave. However, it is now a 18 month job for him as you need to see how he recovers.
