The max is 17 foreign players in a 21 men squad which means we need to have 4 HQ players-Fabregas,Cahill,Moses and Baker. There hasn't been any rumors about Baker leaving which probably means Conte will give him a chance.

Not if you really care about their development. Ruben needs to play a lot, he's never had a loan. I still have high hopes for him but he's at a cross roads now, needs to go to Palace and show signs of dominating

Kante, Bakayoko, Cesc, Baker, x, Luiz. Just need one more central midfielder, a good squad filler. Saw rumours of Renato Sanches on loan - someone like that would be great. That's more than enough depth imo.

The Chelsea youth twitter page reckons for sure that Baker is going out  on loan and he seems to pretty much know everything. Baker would be best out going on loan rather than playing bit part. If he can get a move to a team like Swansea under Clement would be best move for him.

Thing is - I think Fabinho is the better CM too, but he's also almost 2 years older than Bakayoko. But to scream that he's 5x better is extremely bizarre. Bakayoko isn't that far off Fabinho.

I don't know how being 2 years older changes the fact a player is far more impressive. If that's a criteria we carry forward, nobody can say Mata's better than Oscar, or that Musonda's better than an average bloke playing for the youth team. "But he's 2 years older!!!!" I hear you cry. And I don't know why.
