You can't expect the team to be motivated when all the fans are sitting there loudly silent. Besides that, Ivanovic has been a liability since last season. Most people on this board had unlimited blinf loyalty to Mou and didn't give a damn when some of us were shouting for Filipe to displace him. He knows he's been awful and all players are destroying him, so instead of man up, he's barking orders around so he doesn't look so bad, but then he does nothing... just watches and barks...
