We have the players to play much faster, much better, much more threatening. Hazard, Pedro, Costa, Matic, Fabregas... What else do you need? Most team can only DREAM of having such players. It's down to Mourinho we're struggling to create anything meaningful all season. This is mostly on him. A team playing without ideas or any clear plan. That's the manager's fault. I know its hard, and much depends on the team as well, but every fucking game feels like a grind. The strategy is basically to keep it tight in the back and hope for some individual magic, but it doesnt always happen.Also, it is high time players like Ivanovic & Willian become rotation options rather than starting players. He's too busy looking to just beat his man and that is it. that's his whole goal in life; to beat his man one-on-one...the end. Whereas Oscar looks to play off his team-mates, gets into position with his back to the goal for the ball to be pinged off him by Cesc and Hazard as they run at the defense.I am done with Willian. He is just not good enough. He has a purpose, but we as a team seem to be moving away from the style of play where Ramires and Willian are useful.ugh, I pray to God Oscar is just injured and not readied to be shipped off. We need him in this team. Matic, Hazard, and Oscar are all equally as important for what they offer this team. Missing one and it falls apart. Willian and Fabregas are our big weaknesses in midfield going forward, Willian is too greedy going for a shot and he is absolutely abysmal at it, while Fabregas alongside Matic is makeshift, in that it's confusing to judge if he's there to offer support going forward, or if he's supposed to help Matic. His stamina simply cannot work both of those jobs at one time. He needs to be played more forward, and maybe have Ramires playing with Matic in the middle, because he boasts all that stamina! Fabregas, compared to Ramires is as slow as they come! As for Ivanovic.. I'm not kidding when I say, he seriously needs to retire while he is still able!
