If you're plonked on the right you know you'll have to cover for Ivanovic and you know that they'll be coming at you throughout the game. When confidence is already low, shit like this doesn't help - players become on edge and scared to make a mistake which leads to even more mistakes.It's Mourinho's stubbornness more than anything else.
