Need 15 matches to judge him then after that it would be 'he didn't start enough' then 'he is free anyway'. Point is he is past it and will flop here so badly but most people just jump onto the usual 'settling in' reason.

Yes, there is something to compare him to: His form last season & Copa America. Leaving this out completely and trying to make that irrelevant makes you ignorant.

What you DON'T get either is that it doesn't matter if he "barely" plays for us, he'll always be the same Falcao we saw last season. As I said earlier, Chelsea and Mourinho aren't magicians who magically transform a finished player to lethal player. We tried it with Torres, we tried it with Drogba (on his return).

I don't think anyone was expecting him to light the world up, but if he offers a Drogba-like contribution this season and scores us 10 goals across all competitions, that's good enough for me from a player who has cost us £2m.

along with around 180k in wages so more like over 10m per season. Also he is never getting full 90 so guess we will be waiting a while...
