Glory that Cuadrado's back, not for a top team to have a player like Willian limited being undisputed in the starting lineup. I hope the Colombian play very well this season.

Would just like to issue some calm to the praise being given towards Cuadrado.

Yes he played well under Allegri in Italy, but let us not forget how lost he was when he he played for us, looking like "Bambi on Ice" as one @The Mak would regularly state.

I hope Cuadrado proves to be a better more offensively lethal option than Willian, and more consistent than Pedro, but lighting it up against Real Madrid's B/C side is not enough to get me out of my seat.

If Hazard is going to play in the second striker position, him and Pedro will need to step up their game. That left wing position won't be up for grab for long. If neither claims it, we'll probably be looking to sign someone in the next two windows.

The way I see it is, the best that can come from Cuadrado this season is that he reaches a level similar to Willain - and that's me being very generous to Cuadrado.

(1) I don't think that will ever happen and (2) I don't think we need another player who can barely cross or score a goal.

He is still wanted by clubs right now, is in his late 20s and probably on big money (compared to wage bills outside England). If he has a season anywhere near like he did when he first came here, who the fuck would buy him? Especially if they know we would probably accept a loan just to be shot of him? I can honestly see this turning into another Malouda situation where we can't get rid of him for love nor money.

I really hate questioning Conte so early on; I really, really do. But I cannot say alarm bells didn't ring in my head when I heard he wants him in the squad.

Again, I really hate saying it, but a decision like that makes me think if Conte realises the difference between Serie A and the Premier League - because some players are just suited to certain leagues.

Cuadrado>>>>>Pedro.

Cuadrado => Willian

These loans have done him the world of good. A session at a winning club that has buily up his confidence where the supporters and club love him.

Now we have brought him back and  right now he is more of a direct attacker and maybe a better option than Willian.

And its great that we got a similar situation on the LW too But cant see him taking 1st choice spot.

In the coming days there will be contacts with Chelsea for Cuadrado by #ACMilan, very much liked by coach Vincenzo Montella (Mediaset) #CFC

#ACMilan will try to work for a loan, but Chelsea want the obligation to purchase set at 25-30 million Euros for Cuadrado (Mediaset) #CFC

We are throwing away all of our depth. Traore, Remy, Rahman, Hector, Papy, Kenedy, Miazga and now rumours of Cuadrado, Fabregas and Oscar. You've got to wonder who we are bringing in as replacements.

Don't believe for a second that Fabregas and Oscar are going. If Cuadrado leaves, he won't need a replacement since there's already Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Moses and Oscar for the AM/winger positions and without CL football there's no real need for depth more than two players per position.

Dude isn't good enough anyway. Not in the PL for sure. Hearing it's a loan to buy but the buy is obligated which means he's as good as sold. That's fine.

I personally would have preferred him in the squad than Pedro tbh.

I don't understand the hate people have for Pedro, I think he's a much better squad player than Cuadrado is. People have really forgotten how awful Cuadrado was for us because he had a very average spell at Juve on loan. He can't hack the PL, he literally craps himself on the pitch. Pedro is a better player in my eyes. Never rated Cuadrado to begin with.
