Me too. And he apparently is available. Lyon won't sell both Lacazette and Fekir in one window, they want to keep at least one to have star for stadium opening in next season. But they have to pay for the stadium (about 200m€) and they will collect money in the summer. I read that Fekir is likely to leave from the two in this window. Both will be gone by September 2016 though.

Been pretty ropey so far, and for me tries too hard. Players like that tend to lack composure on the ball.

That said theres an endless list who have had poor/average first seasons and then become ledges. Drogba and Lampard spring to mind.
