Cuadrado looks about 5'10 or 5'11 and is very athletic / dynamic. There are far smaller players with less athletic builds doing well in this league. Cuadrado just needs to adapt.

That would be terrible. Slow starts are toxic. I really hope he hits the ground running. It builds confidence and shows the fans/players his quality. His form can dip after a strong start. That's of course assuming he'll be a succes.

I hope that he has a good start to his career here but just watching him in his cameo against Villa... it feels like it's going to take a while for him to adjust to the PL.

Did u watch the way he was just shoved off the ball?? He might need to build up some resilience otherwise he will be a flop, smaller players hv had to adapt for example coutinho and Mata

TBH it's not like he got a whole half to play while we were chasing a game, He came on with roughly 10 minutes to go while we were in defensive mode so it would be hard to make an impact, no? I don't think we can say anything about him on the basis of this short cameo.

As others have said, it was a tough situation to make a debut. But for me I saw signs of his crazy pace and dribbling. He will be good for us.

He was very forward thinking. Made a few dribbles, one of which resulted in a corner. Then a few times he gave a pass and made quick movement behind the line. Positive.

I got the impression reading Skipper's post as if he meant to say that Cuadrado was below par and will need a lot time to adjust (which is no rocket science, everyone needs that), however if that's not what he meant then my bad.
