Get courtois to extend his contract for 4 years and wait till the summer for a striker3. Courtois wont accept being number 2 and if we loan him out again he probably wont even renew his contract with us. Costa would fit perfectly. If he is gonna accept the bench role then we won't need to sell him, but he likely won't as he is still one of the best there is so why keep him if it means we are losing the young(already one of the best in the world) GK?
