We Hate Scouse 10,326
Yeahh, no transfer's in football should be higher than £20 Million its to much and wages shouldn't be more than £50,000 per week.
TrueChelseaBlue 105
Yup.. i agree entirely... at one time.. football was about pride..and passion..and your heart for the club.. im not saying it aint now..but... its getting out of hand imo
BlueLion. 21,491
He scored twice tonight for Cameroon, even though they went down 2-4 to Egypt. Looked impressive in the second half.
TrueChelseaBlue 105
but.. that's Cameroon... think he could hack the pace and intensity of the EPL?
Gianfranco_Z 202
He didnt really impress me for cameroon despite scoring twice...
Elliott 7
Agreed. When Ghana played the other day, its was 33 degrees centigrade. And that is the African winter. Well it's not really winter in Ghana, they don't have a winter and a summer. Too close to the equator. Our summer months will be slightly hotter for them too, but its more about a wet season and a dry season I think.
captainmarvel 1
well.. if eto'o is worth 40 million, then Drogba would be 50-60 million?
TrueChelseaBlue 105
indeed... too pissin much for a footballer anyway
BlueLion. 21,491
We'd get no more than £20 million for Drogba, he's just too old.
chrismada9 1,948
Bah! Chelsea paying £40m for a player that probably won't do as better as Shevchenko tbh if I was still living in the year 2003, when Roman first came to Chelsea, I'd be shitting my pants over Eto'o coming to Chelsea, not now I'm not. We've already splashed out £15m on a quality striker in Anelka so let's leave it at that. We've only lost Drogba to the African Nations Cup for 2 more weeks anyway. the wes 7,212
Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard has ruled out the possibility of a swap deal for Chelsea forward Didier Drogba with Samuel Eto'o going the other way. However, the Dutch tactician is open to the thought of signing the Ivory Coast star. The Catalan giants already have a formidable attack studded with the likes of Eto’o, Thierry Henry, Lionel Messi and Ronaldinho. However, along with the Cameroon ace, Brazil star Ronaldinho is also linked with the Blues. "Eto'o is a player in our team and he performs very well for us," said Rijkaard, whose future at Camp Nou is also being speculated. "For that reason I don't see a swap deal. "If Barca have the possibility of signing a player like Drogba we would have to look at it, but we wouldn't do a swap."
BlueLion. 21,491
Eto'o is a great but very selfish player. Saying that, selfish strikers get a lot of goals. Could he play against Vidic or Gallas? I don't think so.

Fulham Broadway 17,319
Just heard on the news that Spanish media are saying we'll be signing him. One of the biggest cunts in the game and one of the most talented players as well Thats if he doesnt go to prison -headbutted and fractired the face of a journalist, whilst on International duty at the weekend

Fulham Broadway 17,319
Amazing player, but a total c**t!! Would not mind us signing him though..... Definitely. Phenomenal scoring record, but he'd probably get a few suspensions. What did he say our stewards called him ? 'monkey of shit' or something

'monkey of shit' or something Wasn't that the Spanish manager Aragones who said that? Don't think he ever said anything specific about us other than claim racism. I don't think we would find many better for that position, but would like someone younger and preferably someone who isn't a total c**t
