didierforever 7,349
needs to work on his fks and corner deliveries. if u have JT, GC, iva, DL in the box, and u cant make the ball go past the first man, its a HUGE MISTAKE. kellzfresh 7,229
I was disappointed with his final passes, (he's normally very good at that at shaktar) but his work rate and energy

Jase 43,479
Didn't agree with the signing of Willian when it happened but oh my, he has turned out to be quality. His workrate, energy and stamina has been immense. The way he shields the ball and run at opposition players with it have also been good, which is important in the team's transitions from defence to attack and vice versa. Would just like to see a better and more consistent end product from him. CHOULO19, Barbara and The Chels
Popular Post! The Skipper 20,609 Posted February 5, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted February 5, 2014 Willian was amazing defensively yesterday. Watch this, explains it fully. Hats off to Pat Nevin for this.http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1b5h4d_analyse-that-pat-man-city_sport Term-X, JDY, CHOULO19 and 6 others

LAB 1,030
Great videos. He is really a "background hero" most of the time, so many times unnoticed the thing he does in the pitch. That player is an absolute revelation. He belongs to Chelsea 100% and he keeps earning respect every second he plays. Not to be misunderstood, i'm not saying he does not need improvement.P.S. It was Ramires who fucked up in that 4 vs 1 situation. Willian passed correctly. Barbara and BleedsBlue

The_Flash 1,144
I really like Willian I was not sure at the beginning but he has proved himself an excellent player, team player and has scored some good goals. A great addition to the team.
Mceachran 109
I think Pat Nevin put it perfectly when he said Willian was buzzing around Yaya like a wasp. So crucial for us. Takes some strain off of ramires for us with guys like willian and oscar putting in so much energy; hazard more and more as well! kellzfresh
The Chels 2,502
He doesn't half put a shift in and is very pacy but he really needs to do better in the final third especially from corners to take himself to that next level. I've realised that he loves to play one-touch football lol - he does it successfully a lot and it's a brilliant way to help speed up the play. By the way did anyone else notice Mourinho chest bumping him towards the end? Willian looked completely shocked haha!

Barbara 15,149
He was very good against Newcastle. His contribution from Luiz to Hazard for our first goal is a testament to that.

Excalibur KTBFFH 109
He still needs to step up in the final third though (and I know it takes time). We paid 30 million for him, far too much if you ask me, considering that we bought Hazard for 32 million (a fair price was probably 22-25) and we are going to need to see some more productivity in terms of goals and assists. Hard-work, running and contribution in both halfs of the pitch is not enough at that price. Also needs to be more direct when he's in the box instead of putting in hopeful low-crosses. Can still improve a lot.
