🇳🇱 Marco van Ginkel

Excellent signing considering; a position of need has been filled with a young player with potential, and all for a very reasonable fee.

I think this all but confirms that Romeu will be leaving soon. Mikel, Lamaprd, Ramires, Essien, Van Ginkel + KDB and Oscar who can play deeper or further forward.

We already have a much bigger and more competitive squad than last season and it's only early July!

We should go for Wilfried Bony as well now, these two played with together for the last few seasons, Bony scored 37 goals in 36 games last season. These two would be a dream together, Bony and Lukaku!

Romeu will go out on loan, i guess! Essien won't be used extensively and if we are changing to 4-3-3, De Rossi could be our next buy!!

If we sign De rossi and shift to a 4-3-3 formation then we already have enough options

De rossi/mikel

KDB/Oscar Ramires/Lampard

So Van Ginkel will have a hard time breaking into the 1st team hence i think a loan would be the best for him.

Manures are up in arms, I read everywhere. They wanted to sign Van Ginkel, too.

So far, 18m Schurrle, 8m Van Ginkel, who is next ?

I´d go for Benteke.

Signing Benteke would be like showing middle finger to Lukaku.

Me too, Benteke would be awesome in our team.

The samba boys & the Belgium brigade, what else we can ask for ?

Lukaku, KDB, Schurrle, Van Ginkel so far on the team. What a way to go.

Youthful talents, Jose on board, happy times are here again. :getin:

No, it won´t. Many games are to be played. Chelsea´s needs strong bench. None of thin crap of last year. Mark my words. Jose knows what he is doing.

Capable of playing in CM:

  1. David Luiz
  2. Michael Essien
  3. Oriol Romeu
  4. Ramires
  5. Frank Lampard
  6. Oscar
  7. John Obi Mikel
  8. Kevin de Bruyne
  9. Marco van Ginkel
  10. Josh McEachran
  11. Nathan Ake
  12. Nathaniel Chalobah

Plus the prospect of de Rossi and/or Kondogbia. Fair to say it looks like MvG will be going on loan!

3,9,12 -> Loan

2 or 7 -> Sale

6,8,11 -> Have other main role in the squad

Agreed? :D

Agree over Essien/Mikel and the loanees. Though I think a Championship loan for Ake would be good too. However we look at it, that 12/13 needs to be whittled down to 6/7.
