I realy liked him when he played for our u21.

Its incredibly hard for these players to make a step forward, I think our board should make some changes if they want youth player to actualy get into our first team. But its hard to guess whats wrong because our youth team is doing brilliantly in domestic and european competitions.

Maybe the players should get the stick instead of carrot more oftenly.

Frank Arnesen quotes:

“That is the problem in England. At Chelsea, we had fantastic talent, we built up marvellous players, but they needed to be given a chance and they never were. The pressure is so big.

“Managers in England are going out and buying players, the level is high, and it is difficult for them because if they lose two or three games, they’re gone

Seems the same depsite the two-three years it's been since he made the actual quote.

These certainly are by no means the most comprehensive notes I've ever made, but you may be interested reading my notes on Loftus Cheek and Baker from Tuesday's England U21s fixture.

Apologies for the shocking handwriting:

RLC - incredibly lazy. Needs to up his work-rate.

LB - the complete opposite. Industrious, tenacious, disciplined. He's come on leaps and bounds.

Chalobah played for 10 minutes with us 2-0, then 3-0 up, so I can't offer a fair judgement.

Good stuff,Mmm interesting Ruben hasnt learnt from his rocket down in Aussieland, but with youth on his side i hope Cfc can help him on his weakness points and play to his natural raw talent. Good to see Lewis progressing as i thought, It will good to see Ruben,Lewis,Solanke all wearing the famous Cfc blue in the near future!
