so they plan to spend more than £30M on Caroll cuz newcastle rejected £30M. They won't be gaining much since its believed that Torres deal is £45M cash, no player included. Newcastle will probably ask for £35M knowing that Liverpool have got money now. that makes them highest spenders during the jan Window (Caroll and Suarez), unless we bring in Luiz offcourse.
